Definitely one of my favorite pizza places!!! Highly recommend this place! It’s also BYOB which is awesome, great staff and atmosphere! Ours favorite is the Grace Alfredo pizza ! Yummmm!!!!

I ordered the small vegetable pizza and requested it without any cheese. Often when I order pizza without cheese I am disappointed. But this was not the case. The vegetables and thin crust were perfectly baked and the pizza presented well and tasted delicious. My dining partner ordered lasagna. The portion was generous. It was also very delicious according to him.

Food was not fresh. Either overcooked or delivery was slow. Crust was super hard and toppings were not fresh. Desert was also hard could not eat. Total waste of money. Menu items were not accurate. Won't use again.

Great Pizza, Pasta and fresh salads selections, best gourmet pizza in Garland, and DFW, just taste and feel the freshness in food ingredients. The dough is fresh. Deserts are also amazing.

I hope that management will take time to read reviews and make positive improvements to their business. I ordered a takeout pizza online on a Friday around 5:20pm and the email confirmation said my pizza would be ready for pickup in 20-30 minutes. When we went to pick it up, the staff was scrambling looking through a bunch of papers to find our order as it hadn't even been processed yet? We were told it would take another hour before the pizza was ready. When I finally got my order, it was missing ingredients which was disappointing because I paid extra for specific toppings that were clearly selected online via their system. The pizza was ok, but I think that the staff needs better training in professionalism, efficiency and paying attention to order details. And if an order will take longer the online system's pickup time needs to be adjusted and customers notified so they don't drive a long distance to have to wait an additional hour.

the service was terrible , it was dry in there no one was really in there , food took an hour just for the cheese bread to be the only thing that turned out good . chicken was barely cooked and i didn’t even finish half of my food. i got the alfredo and my friend did as well but she got shrimp instead of chicken. pasta was watery , could of made it at home and saved the money i spent. decent prices but bad quality food. don’t recommend going here with a big appetite.

First time trying this pizza restaurant and my wife and I were impressed. The delivery was early and pizza was hot and very tasty. The salads were fresh and large servings for the price. We liked the ease of order customization on the website. I would highly recommend Palio’s!

This place has been open in Firewheel for a while now. I always wait to review a place until I have a good sample. Great food and customer service. The salads are actually the best around. I prefer the Greek Salad, very good. The pizza has many options and crust such as whole wheat and cauliflower. Delicious toppings! Try this place out! BYOB, so bring a bottle of wine to enjoy.
I was passing through and decided to compare my rating at this establishment to the other visitors. Turns out, they're right. I often do this to see how accurate the ratings are on TripAdvisor. With the rare slip in of a Sponsored Ad at the top of the search (which I think TripAdvisor should highlight even in MORE CONTRAST to the real search results or prohibit it altogether) since the power is in the consumer's hands right now. In the case of Cross Roads, there are no Sponsored Ads - the top choice is the top consumer rated establishment. The visit to Palio's was a very friendly atmosphere. The front counter associate was knowledgeable on the menu items and even was able to make suggestions. I chose lasagna and bread sticks. It was as good as the best of lasagnas I've eaten. The tea was perfectly blended and cold. Our table was cleared as we finished items thanks to the observant staff. The drinks are self-serve so that is a nice benefit, in my opinion.
