The food and service here was excellent. It was our first time here and we dined in just as they opened. The menu is simple and the photos of the meat options are helpful.
My wife ordered the beef gyro plate with fries and a salad. I ordered the beef kabobs rice and salad. Both were great. It's hard to find a place that serves that famous red hot sauce they have here.
Both plates came with a side of pita bread and as a surprise, we were also served two hot piping glasses of Turkish tea. It was so good!

We ordered a mix plate but only received the beef gyro. The meal was good, but the salsa tasted expired. The staff were friendly.

We've been living in Sachse for just over a year and Mr Pide is one of our regular weekend go-to's. It's easy to miss when you're driving along 78, but it's worth taking a U-turn for.
The meat (chicken and beef both) is always excellently seasoned and cooked fresh on the grill upon ordering. The toppings are fresh, and the pita bread holds everything perfectly. The gentlemen working behind the counter are consummate professionals and you can tell they truly care about providing the best food and service. 5/5 in my books.
I'm also happy to see y'all have expanded your hours of operations to Tues/Wed/Thurs - I expect I'll be dropping by much more often!

Almost missed this place as it's tucked back behind another building right off the highway. Place is a bit old and run down but was exceptionally clean. Don't expect a traditional gyro here. They are good. But the house sauce for the gyro was a mix of tzatziki sauce and garlic sauce and topped with a hot sauce. Very affordable combo. Gyro fries and a drink for $16. Fries were incredibly crunchy and seasoned well. No cutting corners. Gryos were loaded full.

Delicious doner and gyro! Portions are generous. Fries are nicely seasoned. Sauces are perfect. Complimentary tea is a nice touch. So good, we'd make the drive from Dallas to eat it again.

This place is fantastic. It’s an unassuming hole in the wall kind of spot with AMAZING gyro and chicken. Highly recommend the combo mix over rice. Only thing even better than the food was the service, really respectful and kind people running this place. I will be back!

This small place will have you thinking if you really did have the best beef kabobs ever in the most unassuming part of the city. They are juicy, tender, and oozing full of flavor. Paired with welcoming smiling faces of the owner/staff, this food spot is a true hidden gem!
While the kabobs are only available on Saturday & Sunday, you can try their Beef Gyro and Chicken Doner all weeklong.
Don’t expect fancy seatings. These guys are all about the quality of their food!

Well, I know why he has almost 5 stars. There are restaurants that are good, but when I bit into the falafel, my immediate thought was “incredible”. The last time I had falafel with that much flavor was in Austin during my freshman days at UT. I ate inside. Mr. Pide greeted before and after meal, good hospitality. Was provided two gigantic bottles of sauce, which I appreciated because some folks use more than others. Asked if any meats had lamb, he does. Tried the slices, also very good. Overall highly recommend.

No Pide available. Falafel was overly salty and dry. Chicken dinner was fair.

DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE MINIMALISTIC DINING STYLE!! MR. PIED IS A HIDDEN GEM!! THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THE FOOD THEY PREPARE AND YOU CAN SEE AND TASTE IT. THE HOME MADE HOT SAUCE IS SO WELL BALANCED THE WHITE SAUCE IS RICH AND CREAMY.. I COULD GO ON AND ON. I WILL BE REVISITING EVERY CHANCE I GET. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE IT.
