The broth is the make it or break it benchmark of good or just decent Pho. This place nails it. I can be picky about meatballs (bo vien) but they have the good ones. My Viet Wife enjoys this place also. Clean and attentive staff. Fast service, convenient location.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my experience at Pho Station in Sachse was really disappointing. The customer service was honestly terrible — the staff acted like they didn’t want to be there and didn’t seem to care about helping anyone. No greeting, no thank you, and they seemed annoyed anytime we asked a simple question.
As for the food, it was just mid. Nothing special at all. The broth was bland, and the meat wasn’t very fresh. Definitely not worth the money or the attitude. I won’t be coming back.

LOVE. THIS. PLACE. Been coming here weekly for over a year and am in love with this place. The food is amazing for the price, and the staff are so friendly! Would NOT order the food to go, it’s 100x better fresh from the kitchen (as it’s made to be)
Calm quiet place .. I’ve been here several times they WERE by far the best to me. Food is great I don’t deny that. But, today they made me feel a little uncomfortable while dining in with my two small children. No one came to check on us I had to literally get up and ask for to go boxes… and I was stared at by two different workers while eating. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. They were also not very welcoming upon our arrival. I normally tip, but today it wasn’t worth it.
