This is for an Uber Eats order.

The Bun Bo Hue comes without a pork hock and with no blood pudding. The broth is not deep and rich. I won't order from this location again.

Did come with chili oil but few pieces of basil so... meh.

Overall enjoyed my visit to Pho 78.

I’ve been told to try Bún bò Huê (allegedly “better than Pho”) for the longest and this place somewhat confirmed it. Well, only bc I enjoy a little spice in my food and it provided just the right amount. I would’ve prefered a different cut of meat (traditionally made w/ beef shank?), but overall it was rich, savory and enjoyable. 8/10

I saw a lot of unfair and silly reviews for really dumb reasons and I thought I would give an honest review.
Quaint little place in Sachse. It serves a variety of dishes from southeast Asia. I had the Beef Pho and the pot sticker dumplings. My girlfriend had the same and some Thai tea. The pho was delicious and filling. Dumplings had a generous portion. The service was fast and good. Great place :) will be coming again
