Every now and then I crave a Pizza Hut stuffed crust pizza, but no more. At first I thought I didn’t order it correctly because there was minimal cheese in the crust. It’s just not the same anymore and the pizza was burnt to where we just ended up chunking it. Maybe it’s just this store as there was like 5 drinks in the fridge….but it was bad.

I guess we just can't order pizza anymore. I've found myself dropping 1 star reviews on Pizza Hut, Papa John's, and Domino's in the last hour. Will no one take my money and send me some pizza? With Pizza Hut, the website was fine until I went to the cart to finalize the order. Then they refused to accept the one time pass code they texted me to complete the order. Meanwhile, I have an account with my email and a password, but the only login option they are offering is the (broken) one to text a (nonfunctional) one time pass code. The enshitification of ordering pizza appears to be upon us.

Good evening, so here is the story. I work in the auto repair industry. And had a happy customer bring us some amazing pizza last week. It was from the Pizza Hut in Allen Tx. I was blown away!! It was the best pizza I have had in a very long time. And was like wow Pizza Hut upped their game. Come tonight my kid wanted some pizza for dinner. I was all pumped like ya we will get some Pizza Hut and it was I’ll be amazing…… oh how I was wrong. Deliver placed at 5:58pm expect delivery time 6:27pm Actually delivery time 7:14pm
The pizza it’s self sad the thin crust pepperoni for my kid so over cooked, and cold! The 4 topping for my wife and I cold and poorly prepared. The cheese bread, lacking on flavor and cheese.
Needless to say I am not that happy.

Usually I enjoy Pizza Hut, but this location has been disappointing. The extra-large guy at the front is extremely rude and lazy — he constantly avoids helping customers and disappears to the back. I’ve been here multiple times, and every visit is the same: they take forever to take orders while they just stand around talking. The store is also very dirty, which makes it even worse. It’s sad to see paying customers being ignored like this. This place clearly doesn’t care about good service or cleanliness.

The one Verry large man working the night shift was very rude. I had to wait a very long time before I was even acknowledged being in the store after I kept asking for someone to come to the counter he erased his voice at me was very rude and never let me finish what I was trying to say when I tried explaining to him what order I was there to pick up snatch the food I had in my hands out of my hands yelled at me overall was a very bad experience. This is my third time having a terrible experience at this restaurant. All the other locations nearby are great great I love the Wylie location the Plano and the Murphy location always a great experience. The sax one is always very rude very confrontational and never tries to help me with my order , it is gross. I have seen roaches in the lobby and they are always very rude. I would like something to be done about this because it is not the first time it is a very large white man on night shift is always rude.

The guy there was rude didn’t come up to the counter for like 10 minutes when I said something he had an attitude and told me to wait rudely and was asking for my name while picking up my DoorDash order when he doesn’t need it and tried to snatch the food away from me
Do not order any products from this location, unclean and the service and food is horrible. Contacting Pizza Hut Corporate. When comforted about the order the manager was rude and unprofessional. Never again.

Horrible customer service. Wanted extra cheese on my cheese breadsticks and would pay extra. Was told “no” because there was no button for extra cheese. I just ordered the same thing 5 days prior at the same location and no issues. Blame was put on GM from the employee at the register.

The young lady that waited on me was absolutely amazing and very friendly. Her smile and calmness made me feel welcome 🤗. The only reason I'm giving a low scoring is because, I made it home and got comfortable only to drive 10 minutes back in the rain to return the pizza. There weren't any ingredients on it except olives 😭.. I had ordered a supreme pizza and a Pepperoni's Italian sausage and pineapple pizza. The same young lady was friendly and helpful.

Pizza was just okay but barely even warm. I loathe DoorDash as they are generally terrible in the area and Pizza Hut farmed out my order to Door Dash. My address is NOT hard to find yet door dash person got lost. I live literally 5 min from Pizza Hut if you get caught at the light at Ranch Rd. If you catch the like it’s like 3 min but pizza took forever and had to text the driver twice and then call as they still could not find the address 🙄
