Great atmosphere, conversation and of course the smoothies teas, donuts, protein balls, oatmeal and waffles are the bomb!!

Came across here several weeks ago, and let me tell ya. The shakes, teas, and coffees are the bomb! They have a variety of choices to choose from and the atmosphere is like no other. Maria, Kristen, and Doug are great people and you can tell they really love what they do

Kristen help me with my health journey by coaching me, feeding me know ledge about my body, and stayed connected to my needs ( meaning she didn’t just go all over the place ?). She gave me the tools and the love that I needed. My shakes are always amazing! Thank you guys so much!
