Came across here several weeks ago, and let me tell ya. The shakes, teas, and coffees are the bomb! They have a variety of choices to choose from and the atmosphere is like no other. Maria, Kristen, and Doug are great people and you can tell they really love what they do

Kristen and Dugh are such amazing people! They’re not just a nutrition place. Kristen help me with my health journey by coaching me, feeding me know ledge about my body, and stayed connected to my needs ( meaning she didn’t just go all over the place ?).
