The last two times I have gone to this location I have been served spoiled produce. I emailed corporate about my experience and both times was offered a coupon for less than the price of the salad that was inedible. I understand why so many Salad and Go locations closed not too long ago in the DFW area, if corporate won’t stand behind their products customers won’t keep coming back. Personally, I will drive further and pay more for a Chic-fil-a salad that at least I know I will be able to eat, than to waste my money at Salad and Go for spoiled food that I can’t eat.

Good food, great prices! I can go here when money is low and get a good meal feeling satisfied. I usually don't finish the whole salad or wrap. Their drinks are delicious as well. I tried their breakfast wraps for the 1st time! The Mediterranean is my favorite with the spinach and cheese. The bacon egg & cheese is also great. I wish they offered them not only at breakfast time. I also had the Harvest wrap, which was delicious with the sweet potato, corn, etc. All meat can be substituted for tofu. Overall great fast food that is healthy 😊

In our regular rotation for healthy fast food. I like the Jalapeño Ranch and my son prefers the Cobb. They're pretty good about making adjustments as needed. Note this is just a drive through location.

The manager Rob and his staff are absolutely amazing! Not only is Rob genuinely super helpful, but they actually care about their customers and leave me wanting to come back every single time! Also tells me about any promotions available and I leave feeling like I got the best deal!!

Spoken to by a rude young lady who was condescending when I asked if I could make a correction to my order this morning. Also, the young employees at this location tend to forget to close the window when making an order and two times in a row I’ve heard inappropriate/ should be private conversations. I think redirection and reminders of professionalism could benefit this location.

I will not return to any Salad and Go until they learn to follow my instruction of Not putting the dressing in with the Salad. Repeatedly I ask them to leave the dressing on the side, not in with the Salad. I don't know where that dressing container has been sitting...an unsanitary counter? Now the whole salad is contaminated. How unappetizing. They always say they'll do what I ask. But when I get to the window to pay, the dressing container is sitting on the salad.

Fake chicken. I’ve had the chicken Cobb salad from this location before and it was good. However the chicken had no taste and it looked and tasted like the chicken from a bag to microwave and it was very mushy. I picked out the “chicken” to eat the salad. Maybe they are trying to cut back on costs either way it was not good.
