Just got breakfast here at 11:01 the only guy working here needs a raise not only is he still pushing orders out but by himself I dunno what happened but no one should be forced to work like this he needs to be compensated for his hard work .

Gotta be one of the worst run establishments ever. Always low-staffed and incredibly slow. I’ve had multiple employees complain to me, a paying customer, about how awful management is. Orders are consistently long.
SLOW...always painfully slow. This time I ordered ahead via the app. The app said it would be ready at 1:08pm. It was 1:30 when I got my food. I give up, Will never visit this location again.

Ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers, had no bacon on either. Onion rings over cooked couldn't even eat them. Ordered Sprite, only got carbonated water. I love Sonic, but this location was lacking for sure.

I stopped at Sachse Sonic today and all I ordered was a large cherry limeade. That’s it—just one drink. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for it. For something that should have taken only a couple minutes, this was really frustrating. No one ever came by to update me on the delay, and I watched several cars pull in before me, they ended up giving up and driving away before getting their order. By the time my curry limeade finally arrived, I was more annoyed than anything else!!
If Sonic can’t get a simple drink order out in a reasonable time, it makes me question coming back. Definitely one of the worst drive-in experiences I’ve had.
