We reside in Wylie and make the drive to Richardson for this location in particular. They are always polite, they never get our orders wrong, and the flavors of the coffees stay consistent. Kudos to the manager! Your staff have been trained well. The Starbucks locations here in Wylie on the other hand could use some work all around.
