I stop by this Starbucks regularly on my way to work. The drive-thru staff are always quick to greet me, and both mobile and in-person orders are consistently accurate. Everyone here is friendly, and I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location.

I don't know what kind of magic this location is brewing , but the moment i walked in, i was greeted and welcomed with wonderful smiles... Real ones. Not the fake corporate smiles. Before i even ordered my coffee my entire soul felt refreshed, recharged, and rebooted....just from the friendly baristas alone!! I ordered my usual that i get at my typical Starbucks in Frisco, and OH MY GOD.....WHAT TOOK ME SO LONG TO GET HERE? Like don't get me wrong i love my Starbucks and baristas....BUT THIS CUP WAS FULL OF MAGIC....literally must've made my drink with the help of the espresso gods.....EVEN THE FOAM WAS IMMACULATE. My usual is a caramel macchiato with 1 extra pump of white mocha, LIKE WHY does why it tastes so good!? And they were soooo fast, within 2 minutes the sweet faced barista walked out my drink to me while i worked in the beautiful cafe....OH THATS ANOTHER THING, THIS CAFE IS GORGEOUS. The ambiance was so perfectly cozy and clean, i almost forgot i was working!!! I'm not sure if i will ever be back in this area, but i will indeed tell everyone i know that this Starbucks location is top tier! Thank you Starbucks in Sachse for being so kind, clean, and delicious! 100/10.

Came in around 5:30 and ordered a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle. It had caramel no drizzle at all. When I asked to add some, she added a little on top. It was also extremely watery, runny, and tasted off. Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Won’t be returning.

Great staff and good seating options. I couldn’t find his name but a nice worker in a hat was so great to all the customers. He was passing out drink samples for everyone to try and just overall being so lovely! Every time I come to this location the staff is great!
