Wow, I will not be returning to THIS Starbucks again. I placed an online order, like I have done on numerous occasions. When I pulled up to the window, the girl. MIA, said "next time you order online, give us enough time to actually make your drink." Not "hello, how are you", none of that...I was shocked and couldn't believe she said that! There were no cars there, so I wasn't holding up the line, I am just really disappointed in the way I was treated today, ESPECIALLY considering how often I order from this location.

I am deeply disappointed with the service at the Starbucks drive-thru on 6600 Murphy Rd, Sachse, TX 75048. My recent experience was frustrating and left my family and me very dissatisfied.During a recent visit, I ordered a grande white chocolate mocha, a kids hot chocolate, two cake pops, and a chocolate croissant. The main issue arose with the kids hot chocolate. I kindly requested that it be split into two cups because I didn't want my children to have too much hot chocolate. My autistic child is also lactose intolerant, and giving him too much hot chocolate can cause severe discomfort.
I asked the barista if she could sell me one hot chocolate but split it into two cups. She flatly refused, citing a company-wide policy that prohibits splitting drinks. This surprised me because no other Starbucks has ever refused this request. When I mentioned this, she backtracked and said it varies by store. Reluctantly, I had to buy two full kids hot chocolates, knowing it would lead to a bad day for my son. As predicted, we had to cut our family outing short and return home because my son started feeling ill due to his lactose intolerance. Our entire Saturday was ruined because of this unnecessary inflexibility.
My wife visits this Starbucks almost every morning, but after this experience, we will no longer be customers. We will avoid this Starbucks and advise others to do the same due to their lack of empathy and poor customer service.

Lovely place! I love the nature and wood feel to the place! I've greatly enjoyed their frappes and drinking them in their water glasses instead of plastic cups! They also have plenty of seating outdoors! Highly recommend trying out :)
