Today, I ordered the caramel brulee holiday drink for my husband to pick up and didn't customize anything, expected it'd be hot drink per description but my husband didn't know and brought home a cold drink with lots of ice in it. Last time I order customize drink and put no ice and they still put ice in it, looks like they love to put ice in all the drinks 😅

I think everyone here knows me now because I order a mobile order everyday! But every time I do the drinks are always amazingly delicious and they never take long . I usually order in the morning everyday but here and then it’s the afternoon and the drinks still taste the same! So good 😊 they’re always friendly whether it’s at 6am or 4pm. It’s such a convenient location on my way to work and to drop off for school. Love this location and staff!

Natalee was extremely nice and friendly, and I truly appreciate the positive attitude she shows—it’s something I really value after a long day at work. I also have to recognize Thai, because whenever I stop by in the mornings (even if I’m a little grumpy), he always manages to brighten my day. Even when I bring my mom she always has a pleasant experience. Thank you both for making every visit such a great experience!

I was surprised to see 1 and 2 star reviews but then realized they were from when the location just opened 2 months ago. I’ve been several times and find the service fast, drink quality what you would expect and friendly staff. Very happy with the location.

Beautiful, convenient location! Service is always friendly! ...but it's also always extremely slow-- even with a mobile order. And $30 wasted on today's terrible order. Even my sons complained about the watery frappe. I was told it was due to the shots, but I am a SBUX regular since my years in WA...and never had a frappucino that was as thin as water.

I was paying with a debit card through the drive-through that you had to slide. The cashier kept pointing to the terminal that she was sticking out the window and I told her it was a slider, not a tab and she just kept tilting the device up and I tried to see where to slide it. I couldn't see where to slide it so I asked her if she would do it for me and with an attitude, she rolled her eyes And eventually did it very rude and this happened at 7:10 PM on June 30 which is today. The first time I have ever experienced a rude person at any Starbucks, especially rolling their eyes. She did not give me a receipt so I don't have any other information All I could say she had dark long hair in a ponytail appear to possibly be Asian with large false eyelashes.
