At around 11:30 AM after my early morning shift servicing my own customers, I thought I’d stop by for lunch and pick up some sandwiches for my disabled mother and I. This is the worst interaction I have had at a subway in my entire life, and I have lived in the area for over 20 years now.
When I walked in the store someone was just leaving with their pickup order, and it was just me and the Hispanic employee with a lazy-eye alone in the store for several minutes. For the majority of this interaction actually.
I ordered two footlongs and said I wanted both the breads to be Italian herb, it’s important that I missed the cheese part because apparently if you don’t say ‘cheese’ you just get plain Italian bread. Anyway, the employee, whose named I believe starts with an ‘S’, began putting meatballs on the plain Italian and I told him I ordered the Italian herb. HE told ME, that I had only said Italian, I corrected him and told him I said ‘Italian herb’. He argued with me for several minutes over what bread type I said. And then, he argued with me more because “well I already put the meatballs on this bread”, OK? Fix your mistake please??? Fed up and overstimulated, I said something pretty nasty. Some may consider it a threat under the current administration. My father himself is permanently barred so…anyway the point is it shut him up, and he corrected his mistake, especially so when other customers began arriving.
I am appalled and disgusted by the way I was treated (And surprised by what I said cuz damn). If I had so shamelessly argued with, and disrespected my customers like that, I would have been fired.

I went into the store to redeem a reward that was in my app. I was having issues and asked the employee for help. He told me in a very unfriendly way that I need to do it in the app. I wasn't too happy with his attitude towards me but I went back to my app and continued trying to order my reward. For whatever reason the app was not working so I asked the employee again. He again told me in an unfriendly manner that I need to do it and he can't help me. Meanwhile, there were no customers in the store to take up his time so he could have easily spent some time with me. I could understand if they were busy. Anyway, I just left the store in disgust. Apparently they didn't want my business.
Tonight 3/15/25, I made it to subway @ 9:48pm right b4 closing. The female closer looked at us as if we were disturbing her from leaving. She didn't listen to what we wanted and kept repeating "WHAT" because she wasn't listening and too busy trying to make a order on the side for a co-worker who entered the store after us. She has a rude demeanor and no customer service, kept looking over at her co-working rolling her eyes while not correctly fixing our order or answering our questions!

This place is horrible. I ordered a footlong sandwich and when checking out, he refused to take my gift card, I received for Christmas, stating we don’t take these. He then sent my receipt to my phone, which I never received. The next morning, checked my account and he had charged me twice.
This place has very poor service, will never return.

Worst subway I have seen in my life. Rude staff. Loud latino music. PARKING IS BIGGEST PRBLEM.
Manager should look this matter seriously.
Horrible Service!!! Workers here are some of the rudest. Side eyeing me because I asked for the cheese in the side and Chipotle sauce on the side. With my online order Gave me the wrong kind of bread, did not toast the sub when I requested it. Horrible service!!!

Buyer beware. This location and the wylie locations are shorting people on meat. Over the last month the amount of meat is almost paper thin and mostly bread. Hardly any of the extras are put on either. I don't know if this is because of pickup or the owner telling then to cut the meat down on customers who use promo codes. It is definitely no longer worth the price and have told others the same. Actually, its false advertising. You offer bogo and 12.99 deals, but you're actually cutting the amount of meat in half without telling people. Go to another sandwich shop that has more ethics or go in-person so you can watch them make it.

The staff is always nice, friendly and efficient. But I feel terrible for them cause more often than not their POS isn't working. I could understand how they get frustrated when their computer freezes and they can't get anyone out. It's time to upgrade you equipment. I go very often in the morning and it seems almost everytime it's not working.

This subway location has to be the worst. The ladies who work now don’t seem to acknowledge customers. I showed her my coupons and she did not seem to care/look into it until it came to payment and she said I can’t use them. The sandwiches are not as stuffed anymore. Very stingy with toppings. Ladies seem to have weird attitude problem.

This was the most Horrible experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant ordered 2 Barbecue sandwiches which were extremely dry they had me to bring the sandwich in to prove it was dry and wanted me to keep showing them the sandwich which I said no why keep having me to show the sandwich I said no the second time because of germs because when you talk you release particles of saliva they didn’t want to give me some simple bbq sauce to fix the problem went on and gave it too me I was so hangry til I accepted the sauce I wasn’t waiting 20 minutes for another sandwich the customer service was awful never again will I go to this location the whole crew looked like illegal aliens It was a bunch of translations no one seemed to speak English except for the cashier so go if you want a miserable experience and please don’t order a sandwich I’m sure it will be dry also a waste of money.
Fast and friendly. This total jerk came and and the lady helping me kept her cool. I would’ve lost it. Great service. Food’s good. Not one of the locations they make reels about.

The ladys over here look as if they dont want to work here, dont listen to what you are saying and act like they didnt hear you when putting the wrong thing when they trally heard you clear as day.

Guy was awesome at the counter. Didn’t get his name so I feel bad, but it was 8:30PM on the 18 of April, 2024 so management should be able to figure out. If you ever fire him I will stop coming.
