Guy was awesome at the counter. Didn’t get his name so I feel bad, but it was 8:30PM on the 18 of April, 2024 so management should be able to figure out. If you ever fire him I will stop coming.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! SachseTx on 78. The service and food here suck! The people who make it are rude and don’t bother to listen. They don’t do anything you ask nor do they even do as is supposed to be done. It’s dirty and should be emptied and find new people who want to have jobs. Would have been nice to have the cheese we paid for ON THE SANDWICH!! Slopped on the mayo Charged for double cheese and didn’t even get the 1st damn piece. Put my own on when I got home..Drove to far home to bother going back and of course they don’t answer the phone.

I was the only customer and the two women didn't ask me what I wanted for at least 3 to 4 minutes. Also the food area was very messy. I ordered finally and when I went to pay I tried to use a coupon. I was told that they do not accept coupons, but usually stores will have that posted some where. I then paid as I was leaving I checked the receipt and they had over charged me. A line had formed so I just left. I will never go back to that Subway again.

DON’T EAT HERE!Paid $3 extra (per sandwich) for double meat, which was not added to sandwich. I caught them not putting the churro(which I had paid for) in the bag.This location DOES NOT ACCEPT Subway QR Codes, and has trouble processing Subway gift cards.I went to another Subway (in Garland) and actually got the double meat I paid for!However, they refused to honor the Subway QR code, also.DO NOT BUY SUBWAY GIFT CARDS WITH PROMISE OF ANYTHING FREE(via QR code)!IT IS A SCAM!

The female employee was the only employee. I have never had such RUDE SERVICE BEFORE IN MY LIFE. SHE HAD MAJOR ISSUES WITH PEOPLE WHO USED COUPONS. As I would ask a question, she would answer that I wanted everything free and that was not how the world worked. She started yelling at me and ended up cussing me out saying the F___ word and to get out when there was another customer in the store. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. THIS EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!

Ladies need more customer service training. They need to get the manager if they don't understand something with a customer order instead of arguing with the customer. Their attitude is horrible and they don't belong in a service position til they get more training.

lady's attitude at this store is horrible! Ordered chicken bacon melt and she asked what kind of chicken not stating one was more expensibe. I had a buy one get one free coupon and she wouldn't honor it even though the coupon didn't say it excluded any sandwiches and then she said she was going to charge more because of the kind of chick I chose
