Customer service was awful. Young man handing me food through the drive thru was looking back and talking with employees the entire interaction and never once used any manners, saying thank you, you’re welcome, etc. All food was handed to me blindly since he was facing the people inside the entire time. When he was finished handing me food I said thank you, and he slammed the window shut without another word. Had to go back inside to get my card because they never handed it back. I understand it’s a fast food restaurant but this was just baffling.

My wife had to wait 5 minutes for the teenagers to stop talking and joking around for them to take her order. Once she got her order in, they then went back to their antics and took another 5-10 minutes for them to make her order. When she got home (just a few minutes away) her food was ice cold, like it had never cooked. My bean burrito appears to have spit on it that leaked through the burrito. To make matters worse, my wife went through to return the food for a refund and there was no manager on duty. It makes sense now why these teenagers were acting the way they were and sending out cold food. They refused to refund her money and said she’ll have to return again tomorrow to attempt to get a refund.

Extremely disappointing dinner at Taco Bueno. Decided to go inside to order a to go dinner, thinking that is the best approach to get your order right. Was missing three items, I know, my fault I should have dug through the bag. What we did get was terrible. The worse tacos, so pathetic. Chips were stale. Beans and rice, totally not appetizing. It has been awhile since I've been to Taco Bueno, maybe I caught them on a bad night.

I went to taco bueno in sachse Texas and they had at the register free toys for kids customers I guess for Christmas but denied my kids especially my special needs daughter when asking. I usually wouldn't complain about something like this but I felt that the staff was very rude about it and just felt like there was another way they could've handled it. My daughter left crying throwing a tantrum because she didn't understand and the staff was speaking in Spanish to each other about my kids which I understood what they said and I felt like I was judged as a single mother with all my kids and would just appreciate if they would not be like this to other customers. At this point I feel like Taco bueno is not family friendly place at least this location and will not be eating here after that.

I went a few days ago and Noemi took my order she's a wonderful person with a great smile and very caring and welcoming she took my order made my food right no issues and she also took time to listen to me vent about a coma I came out of was in a coma 2 yrs ago and had 5%chance of survival I survived it thank you God for that but it was the simple facts that she took the time to listen to me talk about it asked questions and was willing to listen to a stranger talk about his personal life there was another girl Abigail maybe if not I forgot her name but I asked her if she had a perm done she told me it was all natural she is also a very good person always working very sweet and food is also always on point when she is there. We need more people like them to ladies in this world thank you Noemi for listening to a piece of my story I meant alot

Ordered delivery and order was wrong was supposed to get a combination burrito and that was wrong it was a bean burrito, missing a party burrito, asked for salsa and didn't get it, no drinks. This place need better management. would give this place 0 stars if I can.
