the young man that took my order was very nice and did a great job. I'm not happy with the food they gave me. I know they're party tacos but there should be more than a crumb of meat in the bottom they're already smaller tacos they should have the right amount of meat. also, its all lettuce. the party burritos are the same thing about half as full as they normally are. this is a typical thing I order for lunch. I know for a fact what it typically looks like. this was not them. not sure if the management directed their employees to do this or it was just negligence on the people that put the food together for me. I will not buy anything from this location again because the value is not there. half the food for the same cost doesn't make sense to me.

My family picked me up dinner. I asked for beef nacho salad without lettuce and tomato’s. And they gave me nothing but chip. I got in my car and drove up there and went inside and opened up the container and asked what is this.? The associate was like what that’s messed up. When she showed what I’m assuming is the managers cause there in black shirts they looked at me like there was nothing wrong. One started speaking Spanish. They remade it and it was crap. The managers had a problem redoing it and did not apologize or anything. They just put it in the bag and walked away. The worst experience ever and piss poor customer service. The managers need to be fired and the fact that they saw nothing wrong with how they made the food is crazy. I won’t be back there. Ever again. Look at the pictures. The fact they had no problem with that and looked at me like I was crazy is mind blowing.

3rd time my order is wrong or missing items! I spent$59.10 missing 4 cheesecake chimi at $7.38, asked for and on my receipt was 2 beef nacho salads, I got just salad in a shell? Both tostadas were mushy and completely stuck to the paper with no cheese and just slop..gross queso was stiff like a brick stiff. Please TB you can do better! My ticket is#129 at 5:32 I tried to call at 972 597-0016 but constant busy like not working..I would like my 7.38 for my no chimi and mushy tostadas

A tostada should not be in a bag it should be in something flat and go in the to go back this way. If the cost is going up then charge more just don't serve food like humans are animals. When a customer ask you, do you not put something on an item anymore You respond with yes, and you know that the item does not have that topping because you didn't put it on there And then you look at your coworkers and say she's asking if there's no lettuce and then another Coworker ask again is there no lettuce well duh that's what we're saying and why are you asking if you're the one that knows that there's no lettuce on the item. When you say you're gonna remake something actually do it just don't pile up more Toppings on top of the toppings that you forgot to put. Change your fountain drinks when necessary don't have the customer Taste it once again when you know why it's flat. Pay attention to what type of salsa Is being given out because the normal one was not given it was the darker one and it doesn't even have taste. The service has tremendously gone down. I understand people don't wanna work, but you have to maintain a business and make sure your employees are working correctly. It's not OK to half a* jobs. This has been a repeated thing When coming to this location, sometimes tacos only have cheese sometimes tacos don't Have cheese. It's like let me put what I want on the item that day.

I live less than a mile from this location, so I was happy I'd have a Taco Bueno in my backyard for occasional fast food meals. They've got my order wrong every. Single. Time. I didn't make changes or special orders, just a basic #1 or some chips and queso. They just can't handle it. It was too good to be true.
