Very very slow only one person is working in there to make food and the rest are talking. The staff are rude. And the restaurant is dirty. I would never come here again until they get better mangerment

I live less than a mile from this location, so I was happy I'd have a Taco Bueno in my backyard for occasional fast food meals. They've got my order wrong every. Single. Time. I didn't make changes or special orders, just a basic #1 or some chips and queso. They just can't handle it. It was too good to be true.

I terrible with remembering names, but this location is BY FAR the best I've been too. The one on Buckingham, that's closest to me, was a nightmare. I had such a bad experience I didn't EVER go back. But I'm not a fan of taco bell and I wanted a taco salad. I live in Garland, so that time I went to the one in sachse. That store is AMAZING!!! CLEAN, FRIENDLY AND FAST! Other Taco Buenos need to learn some things from them on how service should be. I'm telling you.....the food there NEVER disappoints me! Thank you to the whole crew at the Sachse Taco Bueno!

Good service, clean building, but bland food. Not seasoned at all except the rice and the packaging wasn't great either. Stale chips were mixed in with fresh ones and they used mostly beans with very little meat or cheese. Things just shift around in the box because they have a huge box but put very few things in it. Would've been better to just use a bag.
