Ordered delivery and order was wrong was supposed to get a combination burrito and that was wrong it was a bean burrito, missing a party burrito, asked for salsa and didn't get it, no drinks. This place need better management. would give this place 0 stars if I can.

Consider drive through?Make sure to check your order before leaving. This happen quite often, missing order and food is soggy and messy. I feel like they toss the food in a togo box and let you have it. I should be able to rest assure my food were prep good and all item are packed.

Wow. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The young lady taking orders is absolutely awful. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time.
Do better or lose business in the future. Too many drive-thrus in the area to lose business because of terrible staff.

Ordered food. Got home, salsa rotten, like bubbling and inedibly sour. Went back because they didn’t answer the phone and they refused to compensate me for this in any way. Just kept my money and told me “you can take it up with someone else, cuz there’s nothing we can do”
Safe to say I’ll never spend another dollar here. First and only time trying taco bueno

Drove through to pickup tacos for dinner. I might as well have gone and picked up scraps from the garbage for dinner - I would’ve received more food. The fact that a single taco costs $2.50 and includes the equivalent of not even $0.10 of ingredients is absurd. I have no problem paying to eat out; however, I expect to get at least somewhat of my money’s worth. I would not pay someone $0.75 for these tacos. As The amount of filling is a joke. As well, it is apparently too much to ask for a restaurant to cut a quesadilla into bit size pieces - one that comes from a fast food restaurant, let alone. Additionally, I was rushed to order in the drive through and as a result also ordered one of the incorrect meals. This is not inherently the fault of the restaurant; however, when I asked the person taking my order to please wait I was repetitively asked “what can I get you,” rather than being allowed time to read the menu. I have ate at Taco Bueno for years and have never once been so disappointed. This location needs an overhaul.

I went there with my mother and placed an order for a party combo on two bean burritos with a sweet tea and the guy had to repeat it back to us three times then when we got to the window, the guy charged us and gave us the receipt and we waited like two minutes and he came back to the window and asked us if we got our food. We’re like no we haven’t got our food yet. Then he asked us if we still had a receipt so we hand the receipt and he makes our food then we get our food and we find outthat the food wasn’t correct so we go back and have them fix the food and they hand it back to us then we get home to find out if they still haven’t fixed it right the women that work here are really good, but the men that work here are really, really really really bad

the young man that took my order was very nice and did a great job. I'm not happy with the food they gave me. I know they're party tacos but there should be more than a crumb of meat in the bottom they're already smaller tacos they should have the right amount of meat. also, its all lettuce. the party burritos are the same thing about half as full as they normally are. this is a typical thing I order for lunch. I know for a fact what it typically looks like. this was not them. not sure if the management directed their employees to do this or it was just negligence on the people that put the food together for me. I will not buy anything from this location again because the value is not there. half the food for the same cost doesn't make sense to me.
