I ordered through drive thru and took them 20 minutes to bring my food out. When they did bring it out, it was missing part of my order. I went inside to get the rest of my food and the manager (I’m guessing because she had the manager outfit on) was so rude and didn’t listen to anything I was saying. She snatched my bag of food out of my hand and gave me another order, which was not my order and was just sitting out. I then told her it was not my order and that I just wanted the rest of MY order. She did not apologize and was very dismissive. 0/10

Terrible place to eat if you don't speak Spanish. They treat you poorly because they don't understand you. I ordered a hamburger I didn't order, and the meat needed a little more cooking. They should have staff who speak both English and Spanish.

2/21/25: Stopped by to pick up dinner. Kennedy was at the counter, and she was very friendly and pleasant. I ordered some wings, onion rings, a patty melt with grilled jalapeños and a couple of drinks. I noticed the sign for a Mexican Hot Chocolate shake, was intrigued, and ordered it. It was really good. The restaurant wasn't very busy, it was pretty clean, and I appreciate how Kennedy took care of me.

I ordered a meal and did not receive any napkins and my soda had a lot of ice. The wait was 15 min because there were 3 cars ahead, so not too bad. The food was great!

On the whole my experience with the food at Whataburger has been good. The service in the atmosphere have on occasion been less than exceptional. But then again it's a fast food joint what do you expect. I go there to eat not socialize.

One thing I am very fond of is the grilled onions on their burgers.

Vegetarian options: I mean seriously it's a burger joint how much can you expect them to indulge a vegetarian menu. I suppose it comes down to how serious and dedicated you are about being a vegetarian. I mean you can always just get a chicken sandwich if you didn't want a beef burger.

Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions well this is after all a burger joint and they are not noted for serving skinny food.

I attempted to dine in, and stood in line with zero people in front of me, several employees walked past me without acknowledging me or saying they’ll be with me in a moment and after about five minutes of standing there, I walked out. Time was at about 8:15pm cst on 12/11/24. Seemed like every employee outside of the cooks saw me but didn’t want to do the job of taking my order. It has to be direct representation of management and ownership. Avoid this location at all costs, there’s also other locations within driving distance

Wife and I stopped at the restaurant in Sachse this morning. We stood at counter for five minutes and could hear someone cooking on the grill. After five minutes my wife asked if she could place an order, but the person ignored her. We left because we were invisible to their crew at 6 in the morning, although they advertised open 24/7. Passed a tall thin employee while leaving the front door who had been outside in the parking lot. Told him no one will wait on us so we’re gone, (he smiled big and said, “OK!”). It was no concern of his.

This place could screw up any order you give them and then screw it up some more and also make you wait 20min for a simple burger. They claim the grilled chicken takes over 8 minutes to prep, but then to miss over half of the added items that I was charged for on that particular sandwich is a huge failure! The top of that bun sat completely dressed, the wrong way, on the board while it took 8 min for the chicken to cook and nobody working the board even bothered to check if the sandwich matched the ticket one time!
