They are slow when there are plenty of workers to go around did an online order went to pick it up and took forvevr to get someone to help me was given the wrong order first then finnaly got mine looked at it and my burger had no sauce when the recipe said it was supposed to have buffalo sauce on it told them and the lady said well I didn't make it and I said I didnt ask that I just need it fixed the rolled her eyes and walked away finnsly got someone else to talk to me and I was given a side of buffalo sauce its a fast food restaurant and most of then are grown adults they should know how to do their job its not like its a hard job i worked in the food industry from 15-18 and never once had problems and I was kid!

I had a large order and when they saw I was by myself they carefully packed the food and drinks in an extra large, heavy duty Whataburger bag. Super helpful!

Drive through line is slow at peak times. The clean on the inside of you eat in. Sweet and spicy burger is my go to. Spicy ketchup is hit or miss at drive through. Sometimes don’t give you enough.

I ordered through drive thru and took them 20 minutes to bring my food out. When they did bring it out, it was missing part of my order. I went inside to get the rest of my food and the manager (I’m guessing because she had the manager outfit on) was so rude and didn’t listen to anything I was saying. She snatched my bag of food out of my hand and gave me another order, which was not my order and was just sitting out. I then told her it was not my order and that I just wanted the rest of MY order. She did not apologize and was very dismissive. 0/10

Terrible place to eat if you don't speak Spanish. They treat you poorly because they don't understand you. I ordered a hamburger I didn't order, and the meat needed a little more cooking. They should have staff who speak both English and Spanish.

2/21/25: Stopped by to pick up dinner. Kennedy was at the counter, and she was very friendly and pleasant. I ordered some wings, onion rings, a patty melt with grilled jalapeños and a couple of drinks. I noticed the sign for a Mexican Hot Chocolate shake, was intrigued, and ordered it. It was really good. The restaurant wasn't very busy, it was pretty clean, and I appreciate how Kennedy took care of me.
