Never had an issue been a regular for about a year now until today .. first of all the guy that took my order was acting rude like if I was asking for free coffee . They also had no costumers and took a while just to acknowledge me even tho it was 2pm

Drinks are great, the blondie has me in a choke hold and I have put on several people who now drink 7brew daily as well! I’ve been getting the love potion with cream when I’m not in the mood for coffee but still need a drinky drink for my errands~ Shawn-or Shoddy I believe his name is & Mas are the absolute best! Always remember my drink order, always friendly and in a good mood no matter how busy the Are. All the ladies are always great ofcourse too Will absolutely keep spending all my money there!

My go to for coffee, it’s good coffee and the staff is friendly. I like that they move pretty fast. I really like supporting the staff, every once in a while I take them a snack, they are out there in the cold and in the hot summer days and yet have a smile and delicious coffee. Love the location, I believe I know and have spoken to manager and he is great, but the servers or baristas are mean and bad.
I asked for a light ice blondie, and yet I was given 45ounce of ice cubes, upon asking to remove ice, I was told I would be charged extra for no or very light ice, Wonder if hot coffee is treated.
Bad experience.

Great coffee chain in general but this location sucks. Workers have attitudes from the jump, make your order incorrectly and then will continue to “correct” your order (still wrong but felt purposeful that time). Mind you my order was “fixed” after a 5 minute stare off with the baristas until they came out of the hut. Will never go back to this location. I suggest some thorough customer service training. (For the record i’ve given this location multiple chances and the only consistency they have is bad attitudes.)
Forgot our cold foam on the drinks ( which we 100% ordered ) and then stared at us for 5 minutes while we tried to tell them they didn’t put it on and that rat bastard girl that took our order gave us majorrrrr attitude when we asked for what we literally paid for and then we watched her put whipped cream instead the cold foam we ordered 0/10 good coffee chain but just don’t go to this one it’s a bunch of teenagers with attitudes

This was my second time at 7 Brew ever and I was greeted by Madi both times! She was so knowledgeable and sweet! She gave me and my friend great recommendations for energy and coffee drinks based on our preferences. 20/10 will definitely be back!!
