The bowl tasted fine but I have to agree with previous reviewer. Both times I've visited, they got my to-go order wrong. My brookie was a brownie, then I didn't receive my side pita.

The meals were fresh, full of flavor, and generously portioned. The team was very helpful and clearly knew the ingredients well, making it easy to choose with confidence. I am excited to come back and explore more items on the menu.

Went though the drive-thru to pick up food. It was extremely cold! The staff was not friendly at all, they forgot one of my orders and the kids juice. Even after claiming it was in the bag! Will never be going back!

Enjoy Cava, dislike this location. Every time we order food, there is some issue. This time we were handed our bowls without a bag. When I requested a bag, I was informed that we needed to request a bag on the app (which I have never seen or done). I DID request utensils and free side pita for both of my meals and got neither of those, so it seems requesting things in the app is a moot point, anyways. Both of my bowls were also half empty and definitely not filled appropriately. In the past we've received incorrectly built orders, incorrectly bagged orders, and missing orders. We don't have as much issue coming in to order, so it seems the staff just gives half a job on to-go orders. I was excited for this location to open near me, but the staff seems to not have the same care that other locations do. I'd appreciate the management or owner reaching out to me.
