Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I had.
Paid for my order. They took the money from my credit card. They lost my order. Wouldn't refund the money and wouldn't give me the wings? So I walked to the banker next door brought her over. They showed that they taking the money out of my account and still wouldn't refund my money or give me the wings, ultimately, I canceled my card. I dealt directly with the owner, so there's no excuses for the way they mistrated me.

I used Uber eats their french fries were soggy. The cheese was lukewarm the chicken which I ordered was us lemon pepper. I received at my house and it was chicken nuggets and hot sauce and they tasted like … hopefully the restaurants better but their service when it comes to Uber eats was horrible

My order was incorrect so I never ate my meal to truly know the taste. My lady ate her meal. We called in speaking with Kaumar maybe and was offered a percentage towards another order another day.What I do know is I'll never eat at this Charley's after the attempt to rectify the situation went awry. Followed up in store on what went wrong speaking with a lady (owner or manager) and the young lady who took the initial order. I'm a very picky eater so there are things I will never order on a sandwich or pick the items off if incorrect. They were in total denial and all blame shifted to me. One of the more egregious things was when in the store to rectify a 3rd worker was chiming in on something she was not even involved in any way, shape or form. This 3rd wheel made the situation even more maddening. Needless to say the combo they were willing to provide I walked out on based on the customer service. There is another philly spot on North Tarrant Pkwy next to Slim Chickens that is very good and there will be other Charley's. My initial visit to the Charley's in question was 01/12/25 and I'm finally posting this on 03/05/25 long over due.

All the drinks are out so you can only have lemonade and it's not good. The food is good but high priced.

Do not have your child apply at this place the manger is rude and he don’t give his name he tells them to call him sir and when he hire he will wait for few hours and say he needs men working for him.

Every time I order delivery everything comes out fresh! The lemon pepper rub is definitely my favorite.

I was charged incorrectly and when i asked them about it the young man stated that “unless you refer to the Any Small Chicken Philly we charge it like regular.” He offered to give me a refund but stated it would “only be like $1.02.” So i just declined since they were busy ~ but the math wasn’t mathing because it’s about a $4 difference for what I ordered. The deal was get any small Chicken Philly with Original Fries for $7.29. Didn’t wanna be a pain though.

Eating the food right now and it’s very fresh and tasty ~ could use a bit more meat but inflation seems to be hitting everyone nowadays.

Overall okay experience, just wish customer service was a bit better! Customer service is pretty much lacking everywhere though. It wouldn’t fly at the fast food jobs I’ve worked lol.

I have always liked Charleys, their sanwiches if they are done right, they are one of the better sandwiches out there!!, but this location is definitely not following franchise standards. Meat was over cooked and it tasted like it was cooked straight out of the freezer. Their fries were saggy and you can taste the oil in the fryer was old. This can be a great location for them, but they need to stop cutting corners and have some pride on the food they are cooking. For $15, I could have gotten a better meal at the Wendy's across the parking lot.
