Do not have your child apply at this place the manger is rude and he don’t give his name he tells them to call him sir and when he hire he will wait for few hours and say he needs men working for him.

I was charged incorrectly and when i asked them about it the young man stated that “unless you refer to the Any Small Chicken Philly we charge it like regular.” He offered to give me a refund but stated it would “only be like $1.02.” So i just declined since they were busy ~ but the math wasn’t mathing because it’s about a $4 difference for what I ordered. The deal was get any small Chicken Philly with Original Fries for $7.29. Didn’t wanna be a pain though.

Eating the food right now and it’s very fresh and tasty ~ could use a bit more meat but inflation seems to be hitting everyone nowadays.

Overall okay experience, just wish customer service was a bit better! Customer service is pretty much lacking everywhere though. It wouldn’t fly at the fast food jobs I’ve worked lol.

I have always liked Charleys, their sanwiches if they are done right, they are one of the better sandwiches out there!!, but this location is definitely not following franchise standards. Meat was over cooked and it tasted like it was cooked straight out of the freezer. Their fries were saggy and you can taste the oil in the fryer was old. This can be a great location for them, but they need to stop cutting corners and have some pride on the food they are cooking. For $15, I could have gotten a better meal at the Wendy's across the parking lot.

Food is always good as far as flavor, when they get it right. This is about the 3rd time I come to this one Charley’s in Walmart and bybth time I get home I find I get the wrong item, wrongly made or get “all flats” chicken wings”. I guess I should make it a habit to operate n every food container before under in the car from now on…Service? Good… until you feel frustrated about having to wait 20-30 min for your food to be done, drive 20 min home, find out was wrong and dive another 20 min back to return it, ask to please remake, wait another 20-30 min then drive another 20 min back home… when ask for “no specific ingredient” manager just says : oh he's new… (same guy is been new for the last 3 times?). For getting all flats she insist “flats are just as good as drums” like.. Who goes to buy wings and asks for all flats? Like really?Oh and she offered a remake all right. Do you want drums? That it'll be an extra change (she says)… I guess I should change them for gas back and forth too…Atmosphere? it's a Walmart... What can you expect?… definitely it shows…
