The cashier was super nice! And the food was a 10/10, the gravy was good. The fries were good as well. The rolls are great! And yeah. Just a lil expensive. Still love it tho!

Literally half my chicken was missing when I got home. There's no way to contact the store except to leave a message on an answering machine.
Website contact function doesn't work on mobile or desktop - tried chrome, firefox, and safari on both platforms.
It wasn't even busy, I sat patiently at the window for 10 minutes waiting for my food and barely got half of it.
This is stealing.
Don't get robbed by going to this place.

This location needs some help. Chicken was warm, not hot. Gravy was warm also. Cannot hold this against them, it happens, there was a roof leak. What i can hold against them is they did not properly mark the area, just a bucket on the floor to catch the water.

Husband didn't get his fries and I didn't get my okra. Tenders lacked crunch/sorta soggy and my husband only got 3 out of 4. Giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly and I'm sure they would have corrected the missing items if I would have noticed before I got home. Only two customers in the place so not a rush hour mistake.
It has been a while since we have had chicken express, so I decided to stop on my way home today and pick some up. I went through the drive-through and placed my order. I will say that the staff was very helpful in helping me get what I wanted to order at a good cost. And although we found the food to be adequate, it was the fact that I spent nearly 16 minutes in the drive-through lane waiting for the food. Granted I don't want food that's sit under heated lamps but I was unaware that it would take that long to make my order. I'm slightly disappointed in the outcome of the wait and understand that there may have been a possible issue that could've caused this wait. But I was not informed of anything that would cause it in fact was just handed my food and told thank you. Hopefully we'll decide to give it another shot and see how it goes.

Same as another review stated. Ordered 4 piece tenders and got 3 small nugget looking things and 1 tender. Paid for 2 sauces and only got1. The service here is awful. Food sat ready for almost 10 mins until the employee finally decided to give me my food smh. Will not be going back.
