Food took forever to come out. Then when it came out, it was old stale chicken. Assumed my wait was for fresh chicken but seems like I received refried chicken or super old chicken.

I can appreciate the camaraderie of the staff. They were in good spirits on this Sunday morning and we're friendly and were listening to great music. Food was all fresh and brought out to us. The tea was good.

So I live here in Saginaw and lately Chicken Express has been hit or miss. Mostly miss. Nevermind the forgetfulness with missing fries or a roll, my food has been constantly cold. Literally just grabbed my food and pulled into Albertsons. Opened my box and grabbed a fry. COLD! Ok. Dang they gave me cold fries. Moves on to the chicken. COLD! It's unacceptable. I never do reviews but obviously today I was irritated enough.

They had me pull forward to a simple 2 fish fillet order and after almost 30 minutes and multiple cars after me receiving my order I just gave up waiting. I will never go back there.

They use to be the top chicken place in Saginaw, now they are below sub-par. Waste of time and Money , chicken and fries cold and greasy. Thankfully there us Golden chick and Popeyes... Kfc coming soon!

Literally half my chicken was missing when I got home. There's no way to contact the store except to leave a message on an answering machine.
Website contact function doesn't work on mobile or desktop - tried chrome, firefox, and safari on both platforms.
It wasn't even busy, I sat patiently at the window for 10 minutes waiting for my food and barely got half of it.
This is stealing.
Don't get robbed by going to this place.
