If you 3rd party food delivery stay away from this location. Closes lobby at 8pm and you will wait in line and NO one will bring out the order till you hit the window. #boycott again. Door dash customers know you food will sit till the driver makes it to the window. 13 minutes for #1 with fry’s plus the time it was sent and picked That’s crazy. Saga nasty location has not changed. # lifetimeboycott this location. You inflate the prices, but don’t make it a priority. That is absolutely absurd. In my option.

I ate here every week for years. Certainly comfort food. However I am not a fan of the usual fries being changed to wavy fries. I’ll order mashed potatoes instead but half the time they are watery and sour which is really gross.

Constantly getting orders incorrect. We paid for two white meat breast meal and received a drumstick and who knows what the other piece was, it was an 1 inch by 2 inch piece. So they charged 7 dollars for the breast meat and put in all dark meat which completely grosses me out, dark meat being the location where blood end up after the animal has died.

Ordered through grub hub. Had my ordered canceled cause they gave my food to wrong driver. Refused any compensation as they only blamed gruh hub. I am currently unable to drive as I am stage 4 colon cancer fighter. My wife can not drive either as she broke her Right foot. So was dependent on this order. Could not order again as it was now to close to closing time. So no compensation, when they gave away food to wrong driver and did not even to make amends. They could have just remade the order when the correct driver showed up. Yes I ordered through grub hub, but the order was placed in to your business. You basically said you do not care about customer service. Know others will know. Enjoy your deserved review.

Food and service was great, impressive in fact; however the drive through girl was cutting her finger nails at the island behind the counter. Another staff member was with her and the remaining staff could see yet no one thought it was a bad idea to clip finger nails behind the counter. To be fair, she was away from the food and I was the only customer inside at 11 AM, but this felt unhygienic and just a bad look overall.

Husband ordered hour plus ago thru grub hubThey gave our food to wrong person. Won't fix it... I'm w a broke foot and hubs stage 4 cancer paitent. Do not reccomend! The manager wouldn't even offer to help .

Had to wait on chicken over 25 mins girl brought order ask if everything was there including rolls. She said yes. Got home no rolls. One person in front of me waiting and 3 in drive thru. How do you run a chicken business and not have chicken ready. And it was the Saturday and Sunday special 9.99 for dark meat.

If I could zero stars I absolutely would. Came to chicken express at 8 pm and the lobby door are already locked. The staff working saw us try and come in and just laughed.

Ok to good customer service.Process have gone up. No specials offered anymore!The current was all over done, old and or dry.The fried pickles did not taste anything but spice.I need to go back but have them make it all Infront of us and get a free bucket of chicken.It was not good.I went regularly 3 years ago but now .... Nope.
