It's always decent, tonight the labels were wrong. The beef was tough and dry. Egg drop soup is always good. Always a good dessert table and food was very fresh. We take our grand daughters there every time we come to Fort Worth. It's their favorite restaurant.

I was very disappointed with our experience here. Despite visiting during the dinner rush on a Sunday, the food was cold and did not taste fresh. My daughter even discovered a piece of metal in her food, which is unacceptable. The restaurant itself appeared unclean, with noticeable dust on the ceiling. To make matters worse, shortly after returning home, my entire family experienced severe stomach issues, which speaks volumes about the quality and safety of the food. Overall, this was an extremely concerning and unpleasant dining experience. Not understanding the 4 star rating - Hopeful things change for this establishment.

I fear some of the good reviews are fake. At first it seemed just okay because we were very hungry, but the longer we stayed the worse it got. Nothing tasted fresh. The sushi was not fresh and tasted awful, the cabbage in the egg rolls seemed rotten, and all the meats were dry, tough, and had a strange plastic-like texture. A lot of the food was also cold, which can’t be good for food safety. Even the desserts were disappointing. The fruit was dried out and hard, the ice cream tasted watered down, and even the fortune cookies at the end were stale.
This was at 5:00 on a Wednesday, prime dinner time, so there was really no excuse for the food to be this old and unfresh. The only positive was the service. The waiters were very polite and attentive, but unfortunately the food was so bad that it overshadowed the good service. Overall, this was one of the WORST buffet experiences I’ve had. There’s no way I’m the only one! Someone call the health dept 🤢

My Wife and I have Date every week. This week (8/18/25) The China Flag was our first choice. Almost always the food's hot, and fresh with abundant choices. Today about 12:30pm everything that was supposed to be hot, was lukewarm. Service was crappy, and cold food (sushi) wasn't properly kept either. My lunch was a wasted $28, and caused diarrhea. We won't be back for a long long time. And they used to be sooooo good.. saddened
Usually pretty good when we go, sometimes something you eat taste different or you don't like it the next time, but still plenty of stuff that good and stays the same. Good selection. Price not thag bad
