This is what i got for $17 ,its half bowl instead of full and they are out of ingredients and charged me for substituting another ingredient, don’t recommend it and not worth the price, i am switching to Jason deli , you can spend $11-12 bucks and food is enough for 2 persons.

The employees here truly don't care. You're food will be have filled. And if you order on the Chipotle app chances are your food will get stolen and you will play a 3 hour game of when you gunna get it. Crap location. Crap.

I’m genuinely so annoyed with this Chipotle location. Nearly every time that I place an order here my order comes out wrong. Today, I received an order that was someone else’s entirely and didn’t realize until I got home. I’ve never had these issues at other Chipotle locations.

Omg!!! This Chipotles is awesome ! Food is delicious, and the staff is nice , Brooklyn always has a smile , recognizes me each time that I go in there , she put love and care in everything she does , she’s one reason I keep going back . Emily at the register stands out as well very sweet . I will continue to go to this location.

Really unhappy about our food. We ordered 3 bowls, meat was room temperature, beans were cold, Pico and all of the fixings also were room temp. In addition to the inappropriate temperatures, they did not have grilled onions or peppers. While the employees were pleasant and quick, they did not seem to care that they were out of peppers and onions. The worst part is my mother in law really only likes rice, peppers, onions and steak, so her bowl had a moderate amount of rice and about 3 oz of steak for the bowl price. I almost wanted to say forget it, but I didn't want to be a jerk.

It is Saturday may 31st waited at the drive through window for 20 minutes. Girls working here are just lazy or clueless.

I visited this location today as it is my regular location I visit multiple times each month. I always order the same thing. Today I was ordering my normal burrito bowl with double protein. I ask for more cheese. She puts some cheese I ask for more please. She proceeds to tell me if she adds more cheese she has to charge me. So I ask how much is “extra cheese” because I never have to pay extra for extra cheese not even on the App! None of your employees could tell me what extra cheese costs! I know this is pure nonsense. I pay for double protein which has a clear cost. If your staff is trained to just simply be stingy and lie about something having an extra cost when it doesn’t just to avoid bigger portion of a topping that doesn’t actually have extra charge then own it. I have heard of this happening at other Chipotles but now I’ve experienced it myself today. You guys have just lost a good customer over this experience.

**Racial Discrimination at This Chipotle Location – Consistently Poor Service and Unequal Portions**

I’ve been to this Chipotle multiple times, but tonight was the breaking point. My wife and I both ordered the chicken bowl, and the difference in portion size was staggering. My bowl was barely filled with chicken, while my wife’s bowl was overflowing. When I got home, I weighed the bowls—mine was 791g, hers was 1149g. That’s a huge discrepancy, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location. The uneven portions and lack of care are incredibly frustrating, but it feels like there may be something more to it—like racial discrimination. We shouldn't have to worry about being treated unfairly based on race, especially at a chain like Chipotle. This has been an ongoing issue here, and it’s time they address it. I won’t be returning until something changes.

Drive through customer service is consistently poor. I waited there 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even though my food was ready. Two girls were directly inside and could clearly see me. One was at least making orders while she ignored me, but the other was taking selfies. What are we doing
