I don’t even know where to begin. I ordered a New York-style pizza and what I received was anything but. Instead, it was a plain, regular pizza that barely had any resemblance to what I ordered. To make matters worse, only three toppings were on it, and the other three were completely missing. How does this even happen?
The lack of care in preparing my order was obvious. Not only was it not what I requested, but the pizza also lacked flavor and was just a huge disappointment. If you’re in the pizza business, at least ensure orders are made correctly.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place.

I reckon the driver can’t read, as he didn’t bring me the dipping sauces I ordered. He also didn’t bother to read “leave at door”. Food is good. I tipped well, and ended up losing. Sucks.

Wait for one and half hours just to watch them use the same pizza cutter for every pizza and drag receipts through the pizzas and the other customers having to argue and direct the employees to get their pizza's EDIT: the manager was trying his best but he needs a better team, the employees just looked like they didnt care about the fact they were 30 orders behind

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We waited over two hours for our order, and that is because they transferred our order, but did not transfer it until over an hour after we called to check in. If we never called, it seems it would have not been transferred nor would we have been notified. The manager was cowardly and would not take our phone calls, instead allow staff to take the calls. I felt bad for getting frustrated with them because it wasn’t their fault. The manager should have handled the situation better. But it wasn’t fair that we had to wait so long without any communication, and when we did call, they had poor communication, nor would they credit us. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this location.

This is the worst dominos ever! If you want good pizza do yourself a huge favor and go to the boat club location instead , my pizza was missing a whole bunch of toppings that I paid extra for , not only that but the employee was super rude basically throwing my pizza at me ! This location sucks , never coming back !!! Horrible pizza ! Waste of my money ! Very angry ! Not hard to make a pizza correctly! ???

Do not order from Saginaw location. Completely wrong order sent first time. Next time it said 45 min, after over an hour, they said it would be another hour after it was made. So it would sit for this long.
I've personally been in this location and it's nothing but teens not caring about work.

Today 7/16/2024 I ordered my usual order. This is the 3rd time I order from this location since we just moved here from Arlington. The app somehow received my order as a cheese pizza not a pepperoni pizza which is what I always order. I called the store explained what had happened and the team member that answered the phone said I can’t fix it since that’s how the order was received. I will no longer give my business to this location.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION *** BE AWARE *** Absolutely ridiculous! We made an order online and we followed the tracker online. Tracker stated it was delivered and it wasn’t. We called the Saginaw, Texas location - Tim lied and said he was the manager but he wasn’t - Alison is the store manager & she refused to walk to the front end to speak with my fiancé to de•escalate the situation. He asked for the corporate number and both of the “managers” stated - they did not know it. Before my fiancé went to the location, we called and were hung up on. We called again and I was on hold for 15 minutes until he came back on the phone to say, they couldn’t locate the driver so we had to wait even longer for the food to be prepared with no compensation at all. The lack of proper communication from the “manager” was a fail. My fiancé was threatened about getting the police involved because they didn’t want to be held accountable for their actions but they didn’t involve the police to notified them their driver was missing — make that make sense. At this point, we are done ordering from Dominos as a whole. This is ridiculous. Never. Again.
