“This is my first review that I’ve ever given (I read reviews all the time from places or places that I’ve tried but didn’t feel like they were worth writing about. But this donut shop is something else. I have always went here since I was like in 3rd or 4th grade with my bestfriend and have ALWAYS loved it !! I’m currently 19 & still love their donuts till this day. They are always very friendly and give you FREE donut holes if you purchase a dozen (I believe). They go out of their way and even put in a bit extra in your dozen box !! And keep in mind that not all businesses do that in this area. I’ve tried to like other donut shops around the Saginaw area, and honestly have been disappointed in other shops because the taste is not the same as DV’s Donuts. Dv’s Donuts hits different & will always continue to support them.❤️ Me, personally I recommend this donut shop to friends/family/people who are reading this as well ! “BLUF: Terry's Donuts is the best donut place around, however, their prices are steeper than others without no real reason.Donut wise, terry's got #1 so far in the Area. Their donuts however are not something out of the ordinary that would signify me rating 5 stars. Their creativity is good and their location and atmosphere gives them the 4 star rating. Their donuts are the best in the Saginaw boulevard but their price makes up for it being the most expensive. That being said staff is real friendly and I would absolutely get again if I dont want to drive farther than the local area.“

“Two things that I look for at a place of business that sells food…rather…four things are as follows: aesthetics, food quality, and customer service. This place is exceptionally, insatiable, and exceeds EVERY aspect with INCREDIBLE tenacity!

Perspective: When I first walked in, the beauty and how intimate the dwelling in itself was was beyond anything I could have imagined in all of the donut shops my wife and I have ever been to! The store owner stepped out from the back with an infectious smile, almost stating, "What you're about to experience is exceedingly exceptional and pleasure to.your taste buds are guaranteed!" My wife ordered a glazed and chocolate donut and a jumbo kolache and a chocolate milk. I wanted to "test the waters a bit," so I ordered a cinnamon roll. As we concluded our business, we were met with that insatiable smile once more and quickly meandered to the car. Once we entered in, we attacked the cinnamon roll and kolache with such a ferociuosness that they were "inhaled" expeditiously. I wasn't satisfied... I wanted more! I immediately went back into the donut ? shop, and after being met with that incredible smile, I acquired yet another cinnamon roll! We've already stated that this is our new donut place over all the others!

The prices are a tab bit higher than a typical donut shop, but it's ENTIRELY worth it! Queen Bee has really, great quality products, and I recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth! I have my eyes set on the boba next!“

“They have veru good doughnuts. The glazed ring doughnuts and glazed twist doughnuts are great. Sweet but not overly so, always very soft, pleasantly moist texture; they're great. A lot of other places have kind of dry twist doughnuts. This place doesn't. I tried their apple fritters. They're great. I had an apple fritter from Walmart and was overwhelmed with disappointment. The ones from here are very big, pleasantly moist, with a nice cinnamon taste. I usually wouldn't want the "outside" to be crisp, but the apple fritters from here have that and I really like it.

I also get plain cake doughnuts. They're perfect for people who don't have a taste for too mucb sweetness. The insides are very soft and moist, with a light but pleasant hint of crispness to the outside. They often give free doughnut holes. “DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I brought my iPhone in for repair with a crack and a small black splotch. After they finish repairing, I checked the phone through to make sure everything worked, when I realized now my back camera does not work. When I brought it to the young kids attention- he said he would take it to the back to wipe it off with alcohol. When he realizes something internally was damaged he calls the “owner” who come to find out left the store and was not returning. I then hear the owner trying to walk the kid through how to possibly fix it, when then he comes back out with my phone and states the work they did on my phone wouldn’t have damaged the back camera. I proceeded to tell him that was incorrect and showed him a video I had taken on my phone (with my back camera) 18 minutes before I dropped my phone of this morning- the video had date and time for proof- and the camera was 100% clear. Long story short they were trying to make me pay $200 for the front screen when they damaged my phone even more. I told them I refused to pay it until they fixed what they damaged. They wanted me to leave my phone with them over night and stated they would fix my back camera tomorrow. I explained I was 39 weeks pregnant and could not go without a phone. They still wanted me to pay the $200 and bring my phone back the next day to “fix” the rest. I refused that, how do I know they would actually fix it/trust them that they would fix it. I told them I had no problem paying it when it was all fixed, but would not pay anything until it was fully fixed and I’m working condition. After going round and round with them I demanded to put my old screen back on- and then they wanted to STILL charge me $50 for “their time” when either way I would be leaving with a worse condition phone from what I came in with?? Finally they put my old screen back on(no charge) but back camera still broken, and coincidentally when I make it to my car my whole screen is then broken and I can’t see anything besides colorful lines down the screen. THIS PLACE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS!!! Even worse has people there left ALONE working that are not trained and do not know how to work on phones!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP. Lesson well learned and do not want anyone else to go through what I did!!! Reporting to BBB and apple since they are “apple certified”. this place needs to be investigated and shut down!!!!“
