I have been a few times for breakfast and the employees all have been outstanding! The bagels are the best around . I met Shawn , he is definitely one that cares about his job and goes out of his way to make sure I was taken care of !
If I could give more stars I would!! I called this morning at 6:15. I had placed a catering order at another place to pick up this morning and they cancelled same day. I called Einsteins asking if they could accommodate a last minute catering order and have it ready within 2 hours. John was the nicest human ever and was so understanding. This location truly cares about their customers and they are literally saving a work event for me. This is the best customer service I have had...
I come to this Einstein Bros. Bagels weekly—if not more—and it’s hands down my favorite breakfast stop. In all that time, I’ve only ever had my order made wrong once, which is inevitable because, well… we’re human. What really matters is that they always go above and beyond to make it right.
