Truly the sweetest donut shop - stopped to get donuts for my office for Christmas and they were such a hit with a group that truly is so picky lol - amazing service, very patient with me while I decided and changed my mind 100 times, very yummy and beautifully decorated, great price for what all the things I got - 11/10 stars!

For about 4 years I've been loyal to First Donuts, their customer service is phenomenal and the business is clean and inviting. They are absolutely talented, the donut characters they create are precious! My son loves them! Absolutely the best Donut Shop in the area.

Went on a Saturday. Operation hours on google and their door said it should of been open. But it was closed. Two thumbs down

They are not wearing mask while making donuts or gloves . I watched the man come out of the bathroom bare handed pick up donuts and then he went in the back to touch more without mask or gloves . Truly a Covid 19 risk . Reporting to health department ! Very sad that they only care about their money and no one else .
They have always fulfilled my order(s) as I've hoped for. Whether it be donuts or sausage rolls. Their jalapeno sausage rolls actually have a spice to them, especially compared to the other donut shops that throw a fried jalapeno on top of a sausage roll just to call it spicy and add an extra dollar to it. Everything I've ordered from here has turned our great. Coffee is at your own expense as I haven't ordered that yet
