Yesterday, I ordered a burger and tacos, but unfortunately, they were not tasty and did not seem fresh. I believe this location could improve the quality of its food. I’m sorry to say this, but I’m sharing the feedback for better improvement in the future.

We came here ordered at 6:50pm did not get food untill 10:10pm. The food was cold and old. We did not get half of the food we order. This was a incredibly bad experience would not shop again

We went to this location on Xmas day at 1230am. The line was long but it moved fast and staff was very friendly. We tried the Saginaw location after leaving a party and the wait was 20min inside and out.

They messed up two of our items and completely forgot two of our other items. Called restaurant and their only offer was to come by the next day and have them replaced or go through the app, which never goes through to anyone. Worst experience.

This location is understaffed with apathetic workers. I went in-restaurant during the evening, and there were maybe 2 employees, and 1 (possibly, due to their uniform) manager doing... something. They saw me standing and waiting and didn't bother to greet or even acknowledge me. I waited for 15 whole minutes before giving up and leaving. I can't review the food because I never got that far. Absolutely USELESS staff, should all be replaced. Will never go here again. Took my business to the Taco Cabana nearby instead, and their customer service was much better.

I've given this Jack in the Crack multiple chances and the service has let me down everytime. This is my favorite food chain and I will be avoiding this specific location from now on. Edit: the new manager and employees are good to go.
I ordered two large Curley fries from the Saginaw location and this is what I got. They’re not even filled halfway. This is not the first time this has happened. Pathetic.

Worst service ever. I came in thru the drive thru and the lady taking my order was rude and with attitude! On top they took forever to get my order. And to top it off they get my order wrong!

Went there 3/13/2025 around 6pm the girl that took my order was very rude. She kept saying what else after each thing I ordered real hateful. Only ordered a junior c/b fries 2 tacos, got to window she said my order was 22.96. I was upset at the way she was acting and that really did it . So yes I drove off first time in my 62 years ever driving off. She needs to be cooking not on drive thur window. Maybe even find another job not dealing with the public.

I could tell the employee hates their job by their demeanor while I was ordering in the drive through, somewhat rude but very unenthusiastic. The food was ok, the hash browns were extremely greasy and the sandwich was just thrown into the box, not even assembled really. It was cheap and quick which is why we go to fast food in the first place I guess. I personally would like some level of customer service even at fast food.

Very rude and disrespectful manager. When I was handed 3 drinks at the drive thru without any cup holders, I told her my car has only has 2. She replied with”I don’t know what you want me to do” and walked away closing the window.
