My family has lived in Saginaw for over a year now and we decided to try Joes. Random craving for some Italian food… and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Service was great, food was DELICIOUS, and the staff was just soooo friendly and helpful. We will be back!!!!

Wow! This place is amazing! My boyfriend and I just tried and and this is our new pizza place. I love how authentic it is and love to support a small business. We got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, cheesy bread, and pepperoni pizza. All of it was phenomenal. The pizza is a tad expensive but so worth it, they are big and taste amazing. Everyone I met there is so nice and attentive to us. The owner is awesome and you can tell they care about the employees and customers. Would recommend to everyone to come here for authentic Italian! 🍕🤍

I am posting on behalf of my mother who doesn’t have a Google account.
We have a service dog. She was clearly marked as such with her vest. She was quiet through the entire meal and was placed correctly out of the way of patrons and staff. At the end of the meal she stood up and barked once because I was walking away and my husband had not yet moved. Once my husband got up and they started to walk towards me, she shook as most dogs do when the get up from laying down. The manager was very rude and told us that we were not allowed to return to the restaurant with her due to her one bark and shaking as she got up. This is actually illegal. The ADA states that the dog must be under control at all times which she was. The ADA also states that restaurants cannot deny access. The manager started to vacuum starting at the door when she shook by our table before we even left.
Not sure if we will ever even order take-out form this restaurant again. The food is excellent but the atmosphere is not very good and this manager was extremely rude.

yesterday I had to send my spaghetti back it was beyond oily they had liquid floating in the spaghetti no taste whatsoever very disappointed the waiter was fantastic but he said that if I ordered anything else it would probably have to be the same so I ended up leaving going to eat somewhere else my husband had his spaghetti he said it was okay I could not chance it all that oil as you can see by the picture nothing but oil at the bottom spaghetti is not supposed to look like that
Everyone was beyond kind and the food is AMAZING.
