As much as I appreciate the willingness to help it is very disrespectful to interrupt 3 times as I am being greeted by the tall guy and this young lady comes to ask what chips do I want for my conchinadas. I also don’t appreciate the other kid telling me that I can’t talk like that when all I’m doing is addressing her to please let the young man talk and repeatedly she would try to be helpful but I said he can do his job just fine. See being bombarded by several attendees is frustrating and makes one feel like they are trying to rush you, it also seems condescending to the customer and to her fellow employees. We have more choices to choose from down Main Street with better flavor and less expensive.
I left a large tip including this one if you don’t feel your employees are capable of doing this job it will show when they try to talk to customers over one another. She should have stayed back and let him do his job

My wife and I have been here several times now and have tried different products (or variations) each time.
Nothing has disappointed, and their traditional flavors really hit.
Every member of the staff has been kind and smiling and there have always been other customers.
Staff is also kind enough to converse with me in Spanish despite me being gringo AF. (NOTE: For y'all that don't speak Spanish, yes, the staff does in fact speak English well.)
Better than any large chain or what you can pick up at the grocer. We will be coming here as long as we are in Saginaw!

Got 2 cochinadas and very disappointed almost no toppings only thing good really is the ice cream rather drive 20 minutes down the road to get them

Went here to get paletas. I got a lime and a mango. The lime tasted like yellow #10. It was like water with dye in it. Yuck! I threw it away.

Wonderful little ice cream shop with a wide selection of ice cream, paletas, and snacks. The elotes is cut fresh off the cob and is sooooo good. The strawberries in the fresas con crema were big, sweet; and fresh. My 4 YO loved it and the staff was so sweet to us. Skip the commercial spots and come here. ❤️
