I’m very disappointed with the service I received today at Lil Caesars. When I called to place a delivery order, the regional manager Justice refused to take my order over the phone and insisted I use the website instead. I explained that the website wouldn’t allow me to add certain items, but she still told me I had no other option besides pickup.

This is not true, as I’ve had successful deliveries from this location in the past. It’s frustrating to be given false information and have no effort made to accommodate a loyal customer. Please do better in choosing leadership—honesty and customer service matter.

Great job team! Everything was hot and fresh. The team was helpful and friendly. The sign on the front of the building was not on making it difficult to find.

Shout out to the most sweetest Young Lady working late shift 7/18/25 customer service out of this world!!!! Me and my kids came in 30 mins before they closed and I messed up my order and she help with no complaint. I wish we would’ve got her name. Thank you so much with the two yellow barrettes You’re the best!!! What food look like I ain’t gonna lie oh yeah yeah yeah

These guys are amazing. I asked for specific fantastic four boxes and they helped me get what I was looking for, so I really appreciate that and the food is amazing. Thank you so much

This was the worst pizza I've ever got from little Caesars. There was barely any toppings and no cheese. At least 2 inches from edge nothing except dryed out sauce. This was a thin crust pizza and it was so dry I couldn't even eat it. Very disappointed after driving 20 minute there and 20 minute's home. Will not eat here again its like taking my money and throwing it in trash because that's what I did.

Worst experience I've ever had at a pizza joint. Lady told me it would take 15 to 20 minutes to make 2 pepperoni hot and ready. Saw 6 different customers walkin, order, & received their orders before mine. Was ignored when tried getting help. Then when finally helped by what I believed was the manager I had asked for a refund & he told me the pizza was in the heat warmer the whole time, was completely forgot about for nearly 50 minutes. Mind you was waiting inside the whole time. Kind of hard to forget a customer when you have them empty handed waiting for nearly an hour. Very disappointed with the staff. I received cold pizza waited for a hot and ready all for it to not be hot, wasn't even warm.

Did online order and when it was the time it said it was going to be ready I walking and asked the girl in the front if it was as ready and she just rolled her eyes and said they are working on it but didn’t actually checked and I kept waiting and my order was never actually put on the oven so I had to wait over 45 mins for some cheese puffs, very rude and unprofessional when I asked again

You can't beat Little Caesars, pizza and hot wings.

Don't place orders here. I placed an order and SPECIFIED Uncut. Got an old cut pizza. They do not care about customer service. Do not recommend
