I had to cancel my online order after I showed up after the time it was supposed to be ready, just to be told that it would be another 15 minutes. They were just going to put the pizza in the oven for me (tracker said it went in 20 minutes prior). Not a sorry or explanation provided even after I asked for a refund. The lack of customer service will deter future visits for my family and I.

I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas the simplest order i can make! & it’s takes a whole hour !! Literally just for 2 pizzas. Way past the time it said it would be ready. I got off to ask about the other and the girl with the colored hair was literally so rude! Like seriously I’m the one who should have an attitude waiting for that ridiculous amount of time!

We ordered 4 hot and ready pizzas and they were all medium sized. When did a medium become a large and a large disappear? Is it just this location that does this because we order pizza once a week and the boxes were medium sized as well, so I’m very familiar with the size they are supposed to be and that they were 3 weeks ago when we ordered from another location.
Employees were absolutely rude and more I treated in talking to one another and playing on their phones verses actually serving customers 10/10 will NOT be returning to this location.
