The last time I was here, it was great. Probably one of the better chain pizzas I had. Today? No. One of the worst experiences . I walked in, and no greeting. Stood at the counter for maybe 5 mins, until acknowledged by someone with AirPods in and another person in the back standing. I ordered 2 XL pizzas, picked up order and was given someone else’s pizza. I also had no sauce and very uneven cooked cheese and pepperoni half with no cheese lol (may have been the apps mistake). Called and was told our pizza was at the store. Went to drive and pickup again, when pizza was received no apology, box wasn’t even closed properly lol. Had to fix and close the box, so it wouldn’t fall out. Pizza was greasy, a lot of oil. That I expected Exxon to knock on my door. Pizzas were lackluster, that I had to toss all 3 to include the wrong one in the trash. It just tasted weird and nobody liked it. Unfortunately, think I’ll find another location or other pizza spot. You’d think in today’s economy, businesses would be more competitive. This wasn’t the case today.

Waited 50 minutes for a small pizza? Got told 5 mins and then waited 30 more minutes before they even made my pizza. 5 workers in there and no one was making pizzas until I finally said something after 40 minutes

You go inside hungry wanting to place an order and the employees just stand at the register. Just sit there and talk among themselves, and don't even acknowledge you. It's the second time I walked out of this Marcos without even getting to play in order. And I love Marcos. But this one sucks.

This is a take-out establishment with nowhere to sit other than the floor. Their concentration remains on your food which is very good.
DO NOT ORDER ON THE WEBSITE! The system on the website is messed up. If you don't look close enough it'll change the address on you to a completely different one. This made me go over a 30 minute detour because of their mistake!

If disappointment was a pizza... Come on man. I was looking forward to pizza all week and then this cardboard plank of toppings arrived at my door. It was equivalent to Walmart deli pizza or just below it. Try Dino's on blue mound instead. I should have gone with what I knew better..

Pizza amazing as usual 👌 I suggest the pepperoni magnifico, they have those really good crisp pepperonis! All was great but the delivery guy John, kinda had a bad attitude, lol otherwise awesome

Good pizza. Staff was good too! Nothing too amazing but not bad at all. This pizza shop is definitely a one time try in my opinion, but due to high prices, going to another location for cheaper pizza at the same quality would be better. We had the pizza delivered. It’s pretty good. It’s very closed to our place so the pizza is still warm and fresh. I’ll definitely order again.
