They have very cold air, when they should have heating.
You can't stand staying there for more than 10 minutes because of how cold the air is.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.
This McDonald's consistently disappoints. I placed a mobile order at 8:04 PM and switched to curbside pickup due to the long drive-thru line. After waiting 30 minutes with no food, I had to call the store. They claimed it was being bagged, but when it finally arrived, one meal was incorrect. I asked about sauces—was told they were included—they weren’t. Fries were cold and undercooked, and I received a Big Mac I didn’t even order.

I went inside to speak with the manager, who attempted to fix the issue. I asked if the corrected meal had my large fry and sauces—she assured me it did. Got back to my car to find medium, cold fries again.

The staff clearly needs retraining. The customer service is poor, the food quality is worse, and there’s no care in fulfilling orders. I know it’s fast food, but where are the basic standards?

Gotta love it, but they have a tendency to forget things like the ranch we ordered or sometimes an item on the menu. Still pretty tasty!

I had placed a curbside order through the app. Somehow my app glitched and it said the order was submitted and processed and my card was charged but the restaurant never received the order. I called and the girl who answered was rude (minus one star) so I ended up going inside and talking to the manager. I was able to show the emailed receipt with my order. The manager was very kind and submitted my order at no additional charge.

Got given attitude when asking if I was here to make an order.. rolled eyes and went to playing on her phone in front of customers and joking around when there are plenty of customers needing assistance.... I'll drive a distance before coming

One cashier was too quiet to hear while ordering. Few employees standing at the cashier doing nothing there's a huge line. I wish there were better service not employees standing there being pretty and they were on their phones during their shift. Even outside is so long for drive thru. Please fix this issue,I'm here for a meal not trying to be annoyed due to lack of service.

This McDonald’s is exactly what you’d expect—nothing more, nothing less. The food was fresh and prepared as it should be, and the service was efficient. The restaurant was clean, and my order was correct, which is always a plus. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a quick and reliable meal. Nothing stood out as amazing, but there was nothing to complain about either. Just a good, standard McDonald’s experience.

They are more worried about their drive-through time than quality customer service. Even if there is nobody behind you, they make you pull forward or park only to sometimes forget little items like condiments or extra fries instead of apple slices, and I have to go back in line. Very frustrating, and I only experience this at this particular location, but it is the closest to me, and unfortunately, the only thing my son will eat sometimes. Probably worth the drive to lakeworth next time.

This Mcdonalds has gone way down hill the last 6 months, and tonight was the last time I will come here.

Safety 101, Mcdonalds employee attempts and fails and then attempts and is successful to stand on the tip of a cone to reach a hat. 🤦🏼‍♀️
Such an embarrassment for the company and seems to be this way with all the workers at this location now. So many obvious reasons why not to do this, but what if he landed on that car waiting next too him....
Just lawsuits waiting to happen.

All of this took place while we waited over 15 mins after ordering in the drive thru and being told to park in a space. After 15 mins, another employee came out and asked for our receipt because they forgot what we ordered. Really!??? Too busy playing games to get customers their food. And when we got it, we were missing 2 sandwiches. We just left.

Maybe next time, Instead of playing games or having enough sense to get a ladder, you focus on giving people their meals and the correct meals instead of trying out for Mickey Ds MBA 🙄

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, a wheelchair can get to the door, however doors aren't automatic.

Terrible. If they ask you to move to a spot out of the line, it's guaranteed you're going to be waiting a while. Asked to move to spot 1, then when our order finally came; it was missing three items (drink, plain sundae, small McFlurry.) It took 10 more minutes before I just gave up and walked inside to ask for an update. Nobody knew anything about the order. Then someone came out with the ice cream, no drink. Then someone came out with the drink, no straw or spoons. I guess I should know better than to have any expectations.
