You can tell what kind of experience you’ll have at this location depending on the time of day. In the morning, it’s great. Lunch is ok. Dinner is terrible. If you take a look at the staff, you’ll start noticing the pattern. Unfortunately for us, we usually need to order during the evening.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I will never return to this location again.

Not only was half my order missing, but the managers laughed when this was pointed out. They continued to mock my wife as she tried to explain the situation. It's shocking to see that basic customer service—and common decency—is completely lacking here.

The food was cold and poorly prepared, and the staff was dismissive and rude throughout. It’s honestly hard to find anyone at this location who seems capable of or willing to do their job. I’m genuinely concerned about the standards being upheld here.

This isn’t just a bad restaurant—it's a stain on the neighborhood. I’ve already begun reaching out to corporate and will continue to do so until this franchise is held accountable. It’s an embarrassment to both the brand and the community. I would fire the entire staff that works on Sunday afternoon shift especially the manager. She's the main issue .

Put in a mobile order for a Double QPC, order was packed wrong and I got a McChicken. Called the store and was told I’d get a free meal to make up for it. Went again to get the same thing, and the drive thru attendant gave me attitude when I tried to get my free order. On top of that, I specifically asked for no mayonnaise on my burger and there was a huge glob of it on the side of the burger. Will not be coming back to this location for any reason, I’d advise that you do the same.

Went to go pick up an uber order with my husband, and of course uber doesn’t get the picture option for confirming deliveries…. Well the manager on shift tonight of July 7th, was rude in store in front of customers, to workers and customers. And even got onto my husband about the picture even though he told her “ it’s not DoorDash all I have to do is press this button” as he presses it she goes “well in order to leave this store you need to confirm by picture”…the pure disrespect towards everyone by this shift manager is ridiculous, he showed her how uber has to confirm their orders with the rest of order number and button and still got rudely talking to when it came to it being confirmed and went to leave to take it to customers house.

Leave out the option for drive thru pickup for mobile orders if you make them park in curbside anyways.

Place an online order and arrived at restaurant, after waiting 10 minutes we get a pop up in the app stating that our order was canceled. No reason for cancelation either and my card was still charged and won't be recredited for days now, if ever knowing how this place seems to operate.

Fries were hot but they almost ALWAYS mess something up. Half the meals required sauces and got none. McDonald’s on Boat Club is better. Tighten up. I can’t remember the last time i got a perfect order there.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.
This McDonald's consistently disappoints. I placed a mobile order at 8:04 PM and switched to curbside pickup due to the long drive-thru line. After waiting 30 minutes with no food, I had to call the store. They claimed it was being bagged, but when it finally arrived, one meal was incorrect. I asked about sauces—was told they were included—they weren’t. Fries were cold and undercooked, and I received a Big Mac I didn’t even order.

I went inside to speak with the manager, who attempted to fix the issue. I asked if the corrected meal had my large fry and sauces—she assured me it did. Got back to my car to find medium, cold fries again.

The staff clearly needs retraining. The customer service is poor, the food quality is worse, and there’s no care in fulfilling orders. I know it’s fast food, but where are the basic standards?
