Jr Mgr Oshea Evans locked dining room @930pm sign on door states dining room closes @ 10pm. When brought issue to on duty Mgr he stated " I don't care, will close when ever I want, I don't care about customers". This is a real problem for delivery pickups since drive thru is always so slow ( they close 1 lane every night also).

Services is horrible. Stod at counter for 5 minutes and no one helped me. They didn't even say hi. The just look at you and walk away. I see at least 6 employees standing around doing nothing. Using foul language in Spanish. Uniforms are filthy and lots of employees hugging and engaging in physical touching. Do the not now we can see and here them.! So unprofessional and ZERO sense of urgency. Food takes forever and clod when you get it.

Ordered the new shamrock oreo mcflurry today, spent 5 minutes on the intercom with a confused employee telling us that's not a real item? Meanwhile, we're staring at a poster for it in the drive thru. Not mad- but smoke after your shift, don't try to convince me I'm the confused one lolThe shamrock shake add oreo they gave me instead was good though, to be fair

You get to order by touching the disgusting, dirty screen and if you ask if they will take your order, they become bothered and rude. The food is no longer a good value for what you get. The atmosphere is dirty. Won’t be back.

I was missing a 10 piece nugget from my order. I came back with my receipt and the employee wanted to put up a huge fight about it. Man in the orange Nike hoodie wanted to spend several minutes swearing he packed it correctly. Well, sorry to say it was still missing. He asked me to pull forward after getting upset. I’m typing this out as I’ve been currently waiting for 15 minutes and counting while they’ve fulfilled at least 6 orders behind me instead of just bringing me my box. At this point I’m driving off and disputing it with the bank for my refund since McDonald’s employee refuse to be of any help.
