This was the worst pizza I have ever had. Toppings flavorless, and crust undercooked bleh. The only reason I'm not asking for a refund is because my cat poop addicted pit bull seemed to enjoy it. There's your standard. Do NOT recommend!...also, the 7.99 deal is a lie. I don't see how this company is still open.

When I finally got my pizza (2 hours later) it was delicious. I called after an hour to check and they said it was with the driver. I understood since it was a Friday evening and drizzling. However, 45 minutes later, still no pizza. I called back and spoke to a woman that said I was wrong and my pizza was delivered 20 minutes before. I said that it was impossible that it was delivered to my house. She started to describe the house and it was the wrong one. She said if I still wanted the pizza, it would be another 45 minutes. Since my son was sick and really wanted pizza, I agreed. I paid over $30 for 2 small pizzas that took 2 hours. The fact that I was not offered some compensation and was greeted with attitude has made me never to want to order from them again.

Ordered a pizza at 7:46 tonight and two hours later it hadn’t arrived. We had to call multiple times and were told they cancelled the order because they don’t have a driver. No one had called or emailed us, ZERO communication. I am so frustrated, we would have made other plans if at any point in those two hours we waited we’d been notified.

They are very nasty. They do not wear any gloves making the pizza (the girl in the back ) cold wings , I think I got food poisoning, have been sick for 3 days after ordering from them , they are very filthy people , DO NOT EAT HERE

Ordered a pizza at 5:45pm for delivery. I still hadn't receive it by 7pm. Called the store they said driver deliveried to wrong house and they were going to send another. 9pm still no pizza called again they stated they couldn't complete my order and were going to cancel. Worst customer service. If you can't fulfill the orders just close down and stop wasting peoples time. Very unprofessional staff and terrible customer service.

Trash! Compared to other Mr. Jim’s this one is garbage. The pizza was so over saturated with toppings that it was a soggy mess. The breadsticks were underbaked. The poor lady trying to do everything all by herself. Invest in your business, hire more people and maybe it won’t be such a terrible customer experience. We threw it away.

I’ve only ordered Mr.Jims twice. The first time was for the Keller location and it was DELICIOUS!! The second time was from this location. Ordered the exact same item from both locations and the difference in quality is severely disappointing. The first pizza was crispy with light sauce, as requested. The second pizza was overly sauced and soft. As someone who is easily turned off from food based on texture, I could only eat one slice before calling it quits.
