I got delivery last night and ordered the veggie large and cheese sticks. Both so good! Eating leftovers right now and just as good. Not sure why the reviews are so bad because this pizza has fresh ingredients, delicious sauce, and crispy flavorful crust. I will definitely be back.

The pizzas are always great!! This time they used a third-party delivery driver who forgot our sauces and told us they were in the box. When we checked, they werenât. We called him back, but he claimed he didnât speak English and didnât make any effort to resolve the issue, which was pretty frustrating.
BUTâthe lady at the store was absolutely amazing! She immediately offered to remove the sauces from our order or have them delivered. They arrived at our door within minutes, and we really appreciated her kindness and quick service. Thanks for turning the situation around!

This is easily the best pizza I've had since I moved to Dallas. Taste was incredible. Detroit crust was soft, hot, and crispy edges. Sauce was sweet and savory. Toppings plentiful and cheese baked to perfection. Like dang, how did no one tell me sooner about this place?! 10/10

This place used to some of the best pizza, we moved away some time ago but came back into town and was wanting the old Mr. Jim's pizza... idk what that was we got, ir sure wasn't what I remembered

Pizza did not look appealing at all. Several extra items I ordered and paid for weren't included with my order. The woman at the counter barely said a few words to me she was nice to my daughter though I give her that. I always liked Mr. Jim's before so I tried this location. I'm not getting food from here again.

I hate giving establishments one star reviews, but this restaurant deserved it. We wanted to try out Mr. Jimâs pizza and we were both famished. We ordered a three topping pizza. What we received was an ultra greasy extremely low quality topped pizza for a whopping $23. The amount of sauce on this pizza was preposterous. The quality of the toppings is not there and the sauce is just horrific. I have not eaten anything all day and could barely eat two slices. Save your money and do not get this pizza.

We are return customers to Mr. Jim's pizza, and I'm really surprised to see a lot of the negative reviews. We've always had good pizza delivered hot and fresh and very good tasting pizza. Order a large pizza and large cheese sticks. Pizza was just as we ordered it with the proper toppings and a crispy crust. The cheese sticks were a little greasier than normal but they were not as bad as we have had at other pizza places We will continue to have our pizza delivered by Mr. Jim's.

We ordered two Pineapple Pizzas with Bacon and Jalapeños and each single slice of pizza had at least 20-25 Jalapeños on it!!! I had to re-look at my order to see if I hit âextra Jalapeñosâ 10x (I didnât). Completely ruined the entire order
I ordered at 6:45 pm on a Tuesday and I called after the allotted time to be told it was with an uber driver they have no delivery drivers. Then I received an email at 9:08 after they closed that I have to come in to pick it up. I tried to call but they were closed and my call wouldnât go through. Just super frustrating to go through this.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. Toppings flavorless, and crust undercooked bleh. The only reason I'm not asking for a refund is because my cat poop addicted pit bull seemed to enjoy it. There's your standard. Do NOT recommend!...also, the 7.99 deal is a lie. I don't see how this company is still open.

When I finally got my pizza (2 hours later) it was delicious. I called after an hour to check and they said it was with the driver. I understood since it was a Friday evening and drizzling. However, 45 minutes later, still no pizza. I called back and spoke to a woman that said I was wrong and my pizza was delivered 20 minutes before. I said that it was impossible that it was delivered to my house. She started to describe the house and it was the wrong one. She said if I still wanted the pizza, it would be another 45 minutes. Since my son was sick and really wanted pizza, I agreed. I paid over $30 for 2 small pizzas that took 2 hours. The fact that I was not offered some compensation and was greeted with attitude has made me never to want to order from them again.

Ordered a pizza at 7:46 tonight and two hours later it hadnât arrived. We had to call multiple times and were told they cancelled the order because they donât have a driver. No one had called or emailed us, ZERO communication. I am so frustrated, we would have made other plans if at any point in those two hours we waited weâd been notified.
