Just went, ordered 3x beef & broccoli along with a few other meals. Got home and it’s literally 95% broccoli. Picture below. Poor management, how can you charge someone for beef and then give them broccoli? Disappointed.

I went to this particular place the other day; I like the franchise food. But in this occasion I want to share something that has bugged me somewhat over the years: the other P.E. restaurants add too much cabbage to the noodles, to the point that I have to ask “try to get me noodles instead of cabbage “ . This establishment in Saginaw was serving a good amount of noodles and just a little bit of cabbage! I want to say thank you for that, keep up the good work (and customer service)

We did the entrees instead of the plates. Better for the money you spend. The noodles were a bit dry with hardly any veggies. Teriyaki chicken was good as was the walnut honey shrimp. Good value for a quick lunch.

Food definitely was not fresh. I scheduled a pick up time and my order was ready and waiting a whole 25 minutes before my order time I selected so of course my food was cold as well. Very disappointed
I asked for one of my sides to be cooked fresh since what was present on the line at the bottom of the pan/bowl looked burnt and expired. Waited for it to cook only to watch them throw the old expired burnt remaining batch into *"WHAT I DID NOT WANT IN THE FIRST PLACE"* into the new batch and attempted to try to serve it to me anyways. When I corrected the issue. The server rolled her eyes and looked at other employees like I was the problem and got short and had a attitude afterwards about it. I almost didnt want the meal entirely and was grossed out... That's completely disgusting. Probably should have not paid at all and left it there as is.. I have regrets.. I hope I don't get sick.
