Order messed up on the $7 papa pairing. After getting refund on screwed up item, I ended up paying $30 for a medium 5 topping delivery. Not much of a bargin.....

Ordered 2 large 4 topping pizzas just for one of the toppings to be missing off of the pizza…. The pizza was cold when we picked it up …… taste horrible and made wrong ! You definitely don’t get your moneys worth!!! Very very disappointed!!!!! Ridiculous and this is the reason I stick with dominos!!! Waste of money and give , pizza is horrible taste like cardboard!!! Won’t be back , go to dominos down the street instead !!!

New location in Saginaw so thought it wld be good and fresh NOT it was a total let down the toppings were sparse not sure who they have making the pizzas but they obviously don't know what a good pizza shld look like Pappa Johns used to be good back in the day known for all the cheese ..it was dry not a lot of sauce or cheese ..lil Cesar's was better and that's saying a lot cause their hot and ready is not always ...well that's another review but will not be trying this again not even another location if the new spot is any indication of their standards now...need more training sorry I shld have taken a pic

Placed order and waited nearly 45 min after the app told me it was ready. This was not the issue at all as I don’t mind waiting when it is worth it. This location had a rush hit at this time so I understand being behind on orders. but the issue was it seemed the pizzas were made all at different times, the boneless wings were cold to the touch the thin crust was soggy and the “3cheese blend” pizza wasn’t even close to that on top of it all being cold the only item that was hot were the cheese sticks that I was waiting for not even knowing the entire order had been obviously sitting on the counter for quite some time. 90% of the order was cold and dry. Most likely last time I will be purchasing from this location very disappointing.

This location on Saginaw Boulevard is very new. When we used to place orders, it would come from a different location and the pizza/orders were great, time of delivery was great, and we had no issues. Unfortunately, at this no new location, the Toppings are sparse, The pizzas are hardly done/Very doughy, Items are missing or are incorrect And delivery takes much longer than the store that was furthest away from us. I’m very disappointed that we cannot have our pizza delivered from the other location. I hope Papa Johns corporate sees this review, and the others that are honest and make some changes Or we will stop ordering Papa John’s pizza.Update: we ordered again, with some issues, not as bad as previous orders. I called the store to let them know and I spoke to Duane. He was very professional, very nice and made me feel heard. I did not want any $ back, free items or special treatment, but he took what I had to say very seriously and it made me feel confident that they are really working hard to make this location as good as what we expect. We will definitely try to order from here again.
