Walked in, was greeted by their cashier and while sitting there I overheard their night manger training a new person on customer service (that lost art). I went to Pizza Hut because the Marcos right across the street wouldn't answer the phone. After 20 mins of being on hold I drove to the Marcos, the phone was ringing when I went in, the cashier asked what can I help you with, I showed him my phone, asked if they ever answer their phone, was told we are swamped and what can I get for you? I said nothing I'm going across the street. Continued to stay on the phone. Finally after 57 mins someone answered the phone but just hung up.

Part of my order was missing and when I called the Hut I ordered from it took 20 mins for them to find my order and figure out what happened. They did not offer me anything to offset the mistake to make me happy. I will never order from Pizza hut again.

Pizza was very dry and hard. A massive pile of pepperoni was just thrown on top without care and didn’t taste like it was cooked throughly. Wasn’t comfy or Abel giving it to my pregnant wife due to her not being able to eat undercooked deli meat. Highly dissatisfied with order overall.

The pizza was great wings was not...delivery driver placed all the food directly behind the screen door on the ground so I had to knock it all over to even open my door to get it...may I add I didn't ask for contact less delivery

When I was growing up the Pizza Hut in Saginaw was always busy. The buffet is super cool and the pizzas are always piping hot.

Ethan is about as disrespectful as you can get. Hangs up on customers when his store is the one that messed up. Proceeds to make the customer come up to the store to fix the problem because he needs “proof”. Never even comes up to the front to check in customers. What a weak minded individual.

Beginning to think their oven is broken, timer or heat setting way off, or something. This is my 3rd time receiving pizza half baked and extremely doughy. Never again will I order from this location.

Never gave me my rewards points. I got a super supreme with extra cheese. It was totally skimpy on toppings and there was no extra cheese plus it arrived 20 minutes later than was estimated on the app 25$ for a medium pizza! It needs to be good at that price. So I won't be back
