Owners you obviously see the reviews on how horrible this place is being ran, yet you refuse to do anything about it. Last time I give any business to this place.

Every time I go they ask me to park for 10 minutes, then after I wait and finally go inside, I wait even longer.

Walked in to pickup an Uber Eats order & the music was turned up so loud that I couldn’t hear myself think nor could I hear the employee. When I yelled, “I can’t hear you” she smiled & rolled her eyes. No different than the local Taco Bell playing loud vulgar music. Sadly, Saginaw is going down hill fast & no one seems to care. :-(

The worst Popeyes I've ever ordered from. They should remove this Popeyes from Uber Eats. I always have an issue when I order from here; they should replace the entire staff to fix these issues.

Y'all gotta stop hiring school kids..but because I know you don't pay a livable wage ...this is what WE have to deal with...... terrible attitudes and of course it's always young females that are just awful at this job....I'm not coming back to this location ..so it's fine but if I start cussing ppl out and acting like a jerk ..I'm tha bad guy..but please take my money...tell me the wrong price...don't suggest a better deals...and don't be nice and respectful to customers...pathetic

Wife and I ate there Tonight and it was great!
Food was all Hot and fresh and the whole crew was real friendly!

Order food waited in line 15 minutes before being told to pull around to the front they were waiting on the chicken said it will be done in 4 minutes. Pull around to the front wait 35 minutes. Went inside asked for refunded they acted confused. Staff were blaring a radio playing around not cooking. Multiple cars were waiting out front with me. This was 11pm.

Had to repeat my order twice through the drive-thru only to have the receipt rechecked and then to find out they screwed up the order. SAT for over 15 minutes in the parking lot only to have one of the workers come out and ask me if I had ordered food. Apparently they had completely forgotten me over a 15 minute period. The order was completely wrong and I then had to go back in the store to fix everything only to get home later and find out that they still screwed up one of the sandwiches. The worst. $33 and over 30 minutes of my life completely wasted. Thanks for nothing.

Tasty food, clean restrooms. Prices are reasonable.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this location… as I pull up to the window around 10:30pm (4/12/25) the cashier was finishing her txt before acknowledging anything going on. She has a second to find my order and says my total I heard at the window I had ordered 2 sandwiches with bacon and cheese (no pickles) one combo one by itself with fries and red beans with rice along with 2 strawberry pies. As the cashier hands me my receipt and drink I turn around to her handing me the 2 strawberry pies and saying “have a great night” and proceeds to go back on her phone to txt whom ever , so as any confused person would I just waited till she realized I was still there (another 2 mins) as she realized she’s still at work she proceeded to ask did I get my strawberry pies? I replied yes but I’m still missing my whole order she then goes calls out to her co worker “the foods not even ready?” Then grabs a bag without double checking anything and then replies again with “have a great night”. I had more patience then I should have with her and the whole customer experience and I drove off and gave the the benefit of the doubt the the order should be good… boy was I wrong. As I got home I open my bag to find one sandwich with pickles along with Mac and cheese and fries and a biscuit. Let’s start with the sandwich for one it had pickles and no cheese or bacon and basically was mayo with a side of chicken for two the Mac and cheese tasted well not fresh is the only words I can use to describe it but the fries were good so that’s the only reason for 2 stars I’m very disappointed with the night crew but as much as they are to blame I more blame the management and the owner of this establishment for letting poor work ethic and distractions in the workplace and letting customers have bad experiences I would hope this crew addresses theses issues or put a Burger King at this location instead with even them having more respect for it’s customers. I will not be returning nor recommending anyone come to this location unless you want to take a chance like I tried.

Called order in on app. Chicken was awful!!!! Old, chewy, stringy, old burnt grease, yuck!! Red beans and rice was so spicy we could not eat it. Way too hot!!! They also used minute rice instead of good long grain rice. Yuck!!! Mac & Cheese was cold, cheese hardened on top. No creamy cheese in the pasta. Cole Slaw no taste, Tea was boiled too long you can taste the bitter tea leaves. Worst Popeyes I have ever been to - won’t be going back to this location. $20 bucks for inedible garbage.Threw it away and still hungry!!!

I placed an order that should of been delivered @7:23! It’s 8:06 no delivery yet. I called the driver he kept saying no English and hung up the phone. This is the worse service ever

Sunday March 16th 11:15pm ordered popcorn Shrimp combo. Saginaw, Tx. There were no fries in my box, and two shrimp and the rest crumbs. Tried calling, rang the first few times no one answered. Tried calling numerous times no answer then after third attempt just a busy tone. Totally unacceptable. Please get your staff right and do their jobs!!
