This place was on fire for fries when I went in to make my order. It seemed like they were dumping more fries every 40 seconds, but the bin was empty in 30 seconds. That fry cook was earning their pay!Fries were definitely fresh and hot, as were the biscuits. Chicken had been under the lamp for a bit, but was still hot and crisp. We got the 16pc, w/fries and biscuits.Order taker was very nice and was keeping the front end under control.This was the first time in a very long time, when everything I ordered at a Popeye's came out just right. These folks are hitting on all cylinders!The only complaints I have is that it is kind of hard to see from the main drag, the parking lot is too small and the price of a 16pc has gotten out of hand.

WOW! Where to begin. Popeyes must be in a competition with other places to see who can hire the worst employees. Hopefully their jobs will be replaced soon by kiosk or some sort of automation.I went today to get dinner and was met by someone at the front counter named Isaac. His way of working was to ignore customers and refuse to take their orders. I stood across from him at the front counter for 5 min without any acknowledgement. I finally tried to ask him when he was going take my order only to have him pretend not to hear me. Finally he looked at me as if I was annoying him and said that he was busy and would take my order when HE was ready.I ask to speak to his manager and, again, he ignored me. Then an older woman came up to the counter and I ask her to see the manager and she also ignored me.A young woman then came to the counter. She didn't have a nametag but identified herself as the manager. I don't think she really was the manager but I decided go along with her.I placed my order and paid then took the drink cups to the machine to get my drinks. The soda machine was not working properly and the woman had to get my drinks from the one at the drive thru.I then got my food and went home. Once at home I discovered that one of the drinks wasn't what I ordered and the food was cold and tasteless.This store, and the one in Lake Worth, are horrible. But I've observed that most Popeyes have bad service.It's too bad because I really used to enjoy their food. There seasonings are better than the other places (in my opinion) but their services leaves a lot to be desired.Watch out for this store.

More misses than hits here. Did a mobile order. Added condiments and utensils. Didn't receive any at all. The tenders didn't even have ranch dip. The chicken tasted like it was cooked hours ago and sat under a heat lamp.....no moisture what so ever. Felt like rubber straps between my teeth. The girls that were working don't make eye contact or speak to you. Lack of pride or care is projected thru the drive thru window. Can't believe I just dumped over $70 for what used to be great chicken. ***Corporate FIX YOUR PEOPLE*** You're losing customers big time

It usually takes a lot for me to complain and I’ve tried this place out numerous times so I’ve had it with them.I have been here about five or six times and they have NEVER gotten my order correct on the first try. One time I stopped to get a meal before class and I ordered a meal with three or four chicken strips, I can’t really recall. But what I do remember was the shock of driving off and opening the box to see a single, lone chicken strip rattling around in the box. Luckily I had a bit of extra time before my class started so I was able to turn around and get the rest of what I ordered.Another time I brought my sister and they told us to pull around bc they said they needed time to make it and I guess they didn’t want to mess up their drive thru times. They said they would bring our meal to the car. Fine. Cool. We park in the front and we wait THIRTY MINUTES. My sister goes inside finally and apparently our order was just sitting on the handoff counter.One time we went, we ordered specific sauces, guess what? No sauces at all. Fine.This past time I went, I ordered two meals and I also ordered the strawberry cheesecake as well. I specifically ask the girl at the window if everything is already in the bag. The girl says yes. Ok cool. I get home, no cheesecake.Safe to say, I won’t be returning unless I can help it because…this is insane.

I've really been trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I think I'm done after about 6 visits. Shame too as I do like their chicken.The employees really don't care if the order is correct and the restaurant itself is never clean.And for God's sake, when are they going to fix the soda machine? It has never worked properly. I think all the options dispense nothing but syrup. You have to ask for a drink from the back and that seems to bring out the attitude of whoever gets stuck helping you.Popeyes is too pricey for me to settle for "it was okay once they got it right". The owner needs to remember that Saginaw already has about 117 chicken choices.I'll go back to Chicken Express. Those employees seem to at least pretend to appreciate your money.

I just got home from there. I ordered on the mobile app about 10 mins before I got there. When I got there they couldn't find my order. I ended up waiting about 15 mins for the order. I had to rush to get back home, only to find out I'm missing 12 ghost pepper wings. Stay away from this place. If you do please make sure you check your order and don't use the mobile app.

This Popeyes needs to be shut down this one is the worst one ever!!! Avoid this location by all means , the “ employees “. Who work here are so rude and think it’s ok to laugh at coustmers and mess around and not take the orders seriously. I received the wrong order and they refused to fix it. The girl laughed and rolled her eyes …. I will not be coming back to this location ever!! I also got sick eating here!!! I’m filing a report with coperate!! Store manager, Jeremia, took my drive thru order with an extreme amount of attitude. The audacity he had in his voice was very concerning. When ready to take my order he got on the speaker and very loudly and rudely said "Can I help you?". That is not in any way how you should speak to a customer. Besides the disrespect, the guy at the window was very kind (bearded young man) and the food was good. I hope the store manager learns to treat his customers with respect. Beware! I visit this store fairly often and have never had a problem with any other employees but him.
