The service is fine. I was in the drive thru. I ordered 6 Reg Glazed and 6 Chocolate Glazed and The Donuts were old. YUCK!! For the price that I paid I'm very disappointed. I will not be going back.

EXPENSIVE FOR LOW QUALITY FOOD!!!
Ordered 4 Large Kolaches (hot dog)for $16! First bite on all of them was just pure bread, and the sausages are quite greasy.

Shipley's apple fritters are awful!!!
I’ve been going to Shipleys all over Houston since 1996, they are finally becoming popular up in the DFW area, but this location seems to be way overpriced for the smallest Kokaches I’ve ever seen in my life. Don’t get me wrong they are good and the customer service is good they just need to work on bigger kokaches ir better price point for what you get.
