Shipley's apple fritters are awful!!!
I’ve been going to Shipleys all over Houston since 1996, they are finally becoming popular up in the DFW area, but this location seems to be way overpriced for the smallest Kokaches I’ve ever seen in my life. Don’t get me wrong they are good and the customer service is good they just need to work on bigger kokaches ir better price point for what you get.

Food is amazing but the service is not.Last visit staffed with one person who was in training and had a language barrier. It took almost 20 minutes to get 6 doughnuts. Not okay to leave her alone to run the store and she didn’t even know how to use the register.

I was very disappointed with the Sausage Kolaches after paying $27.00 for a dozen. They were smaller than a hot dog, bread was paper thin, so it was hollow inside with a regular sized weiner. I wish I had taken a photo. I have had them at other Shipley stores, and they were nice size and filling. I will not be purchasing them at this location in the future. I normally don't post comments but was a little embarrassed when I saw my co-workers' reaction, and most of them were thrown away. On the bright side, the staff was pretty friendly and the store was clean.
