I’ve been going to Shipleys all over Houston since 1996, they are finally becoming popular up in the DFW area, but this location seems to be way overpriced for the smallest Kokaches I’ve ever seen in my life. Don’t get me wrong they are good and the customer service is good they just need to work on bigger kokaches ir better price point for what you get.
Food is amazing but the service is not.Last visit staffed with one person who was in training and had a language barrier. It took almost 20 minutes to get 6 doughnuts. Not okay to leave her alone to run the store and she didn’t even know how to use the register.
Came into town with two things in mind: The solar eclipse and Shipley's. Still waiting for that eclipse but relaxed and happy in the fact I filled my belly with the goodness of doughnuts and KOLACHES! Of course, the actual "King of KOLACHES" can be found at this location. Stop by and say hello!
