I purchased chili cheese fries, a bacon cheese burger combo w an oreo shake yesterday for my son yesterday and it made him throw up afterwards. I'm not sure what the cause may be but maybe checking food expirations and the cleanliness of staff and building please

I come here for a Oreo peanut master shake sometimes. I see other reviews on here with this complaint. Most of the time it isn’t blended well. The last couple of times, it’s not blended at all!! What I get is a HUGE clump of Oreos and peanut butter at the bottom of the cup, then vanilla ice cream with whipped cream on top. I just don’t understand why they can’t blend it all together! ?♀️. I have to use a spoon to get it all out and scoop it into another cup to attempt to mix it all together. It’s definitely not a shake that you can drink with a straw. These aren’t cheap! I wish I took a pic!

My Oreo chocolate shake was not mixed and it was melted :( My husband’s turtle blast was done really well . We waited 35 mins for that and two tater tot orders. :/ I was really hungry so i just drove off and dealt with it. I used to work at a sonic… it’s really easy… idk why this one has gotten bad. :/

It’s sonic. Nothing special but it was good….try a grilled cheese with extra cheese and onions. Oh my goodness it changed my life.

SUPER SLOW SERVICE. Not sure how with hardly any cars in the stalls, with only one car ahead of me in the drive thru & that car only had drinks…why is my food served barely warm. SMH!

So disappointed and if I would be the owner I would’ve been paying attention to the managers on that place. Today January 28, 2024 my son and daughter went to this SONIC in 1145 N Saginaw blvd at 6:10 pm check #502855 , my daughter says that she ordered her food, and everything was fine, the order even appeared on the screen. However when they received the food, they missed one combo. My daughter calls back for assistance mentioning that they missed one combo. The manager comes out and seems a bit skeptical like if they weren’t telling the truth. When “Kaitlyn” took their order and it was on the screen. So then the manager proceeded to look into the bag and say that that combo didn’t go through the receipt that they would have to re-order the combo. Frustrated, my daughter EVEN gave the manager the note that she had written prior to ordering the food that had all the details on it. The second order was at 6:27pm check #502857. And they didn’t even give them the right order. Something completely different…. They even missed to give them the drink that was included in the combo. When my son reaches again (for the third time) their attention that they forgot the drink, The server rolls her eyes and sighs in a gesture like “gee we forgot something again” and even asks us what’s the size of the drink was like if we didn’t order it AGAIN. This is the second time this happens HORRIBLY HORRIBLE customer service. We order food there regularly but not going AGAIN !!!!!
