It's like they started charging more and giving less food.... Charge more... Okay but keep the food quantity and quality.. the flat bread itself use to be 1/4in thick now it's barley 1/8th inch thick.... And I got a sandwich with 3 meats originally on it... But I didn't want the ham so I got double of one of the other meats and no ham so different meat but same amount.... I even said as long as it's not more then yeah that should be fine then and still got charged double meat..... And I counted (I believe it was8 pieces on a 6inch side.) while the person I believe to be the GM or the store manager seemed to be overwhelmed but at the same time proud being a word some might use however I would say judgemental with a hint of a face thatíïhu

I told the guy who was taking my order I wanted an Ultimate B.M.T, out loud, and he made a turkey and ham sandwich. I noticed it was pretty small so I asked for a foot long, but I take it one of the managers on shift noticed it wasn't a B.M.T and made me one. so I figured the guy was new and I sort of let it slide. but the drink fountain was out of most of the drinks and all the sodas were lukewarm and flat. the Dr. pepper was low and flat. the Pepsi and mtn dew was also flat. I had to get lemonade. I'll come back again, but im getting a bottle drink next time. the sandwich was good though. I give this place a 6.7/10. I don't usually have bad experiences but this one wasn't the greatest.

My husband and I arrived at subway Saturday night at 9:40 as we were craving a meatball sub. Now the last time I checked operating hours they were 9:00 am to 10:00pm. Well we open the door 9:40 pm and Elliot ( possibly not his real name) was cleaning we walk in to an inch of standing water on the floor and lil homie decides to scuff as he sees we are trying to place an order washes his hands and states btw we can’t toast anything. I’m sorry but I personally don’t like my meatball subs cold. So I made a remark asking why because you cleaned it he states yeah you have to turn it off to clean it. Oh really never knew that ?. But word of advice operating means you operate those full hours and thing shut down main machine. Moping wiping down go for it. The damn toast which a lot of people use maybe not.

Ordered a 6 inch cold cut trio, only had about two pieces of meat and they put a pound of lettuce on it which I didn’t want that much and Bread was not very thick, can’t believe I paid $5.99 for that could have gone to grocery store and bought a loaf of bread and a pound of meat for the same cost and it would have tasted much better.
Pathetic. Miniature bread, no meat on the sandwiches at all. This place is a disgrace every time. Just about the worst subway you could go to. Hopefully they go out of business.

I ordered the Footlog bogo deal advertised today on the app, app was giving me system error. I was able to place my Footlogs online, but as a guest, not an acct rewards member so I did not receive my points for my order. Subway #11532-0 at 3:32p.m. order #D9D5E314-E7 PAID $10.06. I tried emailing Veronica @dfwsub.com and her emails so not accurate as it pops back unknown source. I just want my points for my order please.

I used to go here all the time but I wouldn't waste your money, the proportion is ridiculous and the veggies are sliced way too thin. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and all I tasted was the cheese cause the meat was almost non existent and I asked for double and it still seemed like it was smaller than a regular portion. They didn't listen to how I wanted my sandwich and they act like they are the ones paying for it. It's by far the worst sandwich I ever had. The remodel was the best part of this location.
