Older Caucasian lady on the phone when I went in. She’s clearly in a bad mood but it’s not my problem so I let it go. I told her exactly what I wanted and she threw on the wrong cheese (not a big deal. I just said I needed a different type of cheese because I’m trying to lose weight and I have the calories from this meal all planned out) and she threw a hissy fit. Coincidentally she was complaining on the phone about someone who called her rude. Shocker.

Showed up for lunch to an empty store, was told by the manager that they won't serve customers in-store until they complete all online orders first. Keep in mind nobody else is in the store to pickup those online orders. None of the other subways I go to are managed this way. Imagine showing up to a restaurant and you can't eat because online orders are prioritized over customers standing in line waiting. Multiple customers walked out right after me. If 15 online orders come in, you have to stand there and wait. In this particular case it was 8 online orders in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous policy.

I haven’t been to Subway in YEARS but today after I left Glo I walked by and decided why not.
The women working was very kind, prompt and helpful. I was in and out in probably 4 minutes which is less time then it ever takes at a drive through.
