Ordered on Subway app about 30 minutes ago and went to the store. Told them I had a pick up and was told it was not made because they were out of paper. I think the order paper is what she was talking about. I asked for a refund since it was not made and they refused. Do not waste your money at this restaurant.

good place to stop by when i’m coming through. not here enough to say anything major, but when i come it’s pretty clean, no line, parking is kinda hard during after work hours, but other than that its a nice little store!Parking: difficult during prime time hours (after work) but not too bad

I ordered the boss online and added beacon. Got the sandwich home: clearly no beacon so, I had to drive back 4 miles to return this sandwich. The girl was argumentative with me saying there was beacon on it!!!Wow!!!She claimed the sandwich I ordered came with beacon. I told her "that was the second sandwich (monster) that came with it. She finally realized she messed my order up and asked I would like to have her to put it on the sandwich. ŸES i said. I asked for a sweet tea but, she wanted to charge me for a small drink after all the trouble I went through. Never again will I order from this place.

I had the pleasure of being greeted by Brock (who had EXCELLENT service - give the man a raise!) and he was so nice and was so friendly, I literally have never had a better experience with subway! Seriously, a raise is needed !

hello, please do NOT go to this store whatsoever, here me out! this afternoon, me and my 6 year old girl went in to go grab a tuna sandwich that she was very excited about, there was a man in front of us that was Hispanic and didn't know how to speak english, i don't mean to body shame but it was a big women and she was being very rude to the hispanic guy, she was being disrespectful, racist and anything wrong you can imagine. i helped him out by translating what she told me to explain to him and it was" you don't need to eat food outside, if you cant speak" please take care of this subway, my girl told me after "what did the old guy do to her" and i had to explain her which is very sad.

Ordered online and went to pick up my order and this was on the door. Was running late for work so I couldn’t wait which is why I ordered ahead of time on the app. Called multiple times and no one picked up. Couldn’t even get a refund. $12 wasted.

The woman taking my order was so unprofessional and disrespectful. This is the 2nd issue I've at had this Subway with rude employees and it has been the last two interactions I've had at this Subway. One was over the phone abt an online order, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same lady. -Jersey Mikes is across the street and they value customer service. Take your money there! I will never go back to this Subway.

Subway is trash, specially if you order online, if you have you know what I'm talking about. To top it off their customer service and management is just as bad if not worse . Do nothing to fix the issue or make up for it . Basically if they mess up your loss their gain ,oh well. TRASH

God awful worker, homeboy was nodding off and didn't switch his gloves out, leaning over the counter with a dirty (visibly) hoodie. I saw the shit fall off and he just kept going. To top it off he asked if it was just a sandwich or a meal 4 times while he was wrapping it up.

On 2/27/23, I did an online order. Therefore I paid in advance. Once I got to the restaurant, I was informed they were out of lettuce and tomatoes. I asked for a refund and the cashier, did not have the level of authority needed to issue a refund. She informed me that her manager would issues a refund the next business day. Not a big deal because things happen. As I’m leaving the store, new customers walk in and the cashier informed them, she’s only taking online orders at the time. I found that to be odd. I have yet to receive a refund for my order.
