This TB is definitely the most consistently bad TB we’ve ever been to! We moved here almost 3 years ago and have gone here maybe 10 or so times. I have wanted to leave a truthful review EVERY single time because there’s always something wrong or bad, but I work in healthcare CS and I have worked in the food industry previously, and I know how hard it can be and how unfair customers can be with their demands, expectations and special requests. So, I always give them another try. They NEVER get order right and skimp on items we pay for, I.e. barely any meat in taco, barely any chips for nachos, put sour cream when requested not to, ADD beans to items that don’t come with beans, only put a little sauce in small cup, etc.We have been here at all times of day, morning , early afternoon, and now dinner and something is ALWAYS wrong or bad service. I only have pics from this order, and tonight we paid for chips with nacho cheese sauce and jalapeno sauce; the containers are maybe 1/4 full and there are NO chips! The iced tea tastes like water and has a little yellow tint, it’s not tea! Things are EXPENSIVE these days, Even at fast food restaurants! I just wish the employees at this location would try to understand that and give better, quality service and food. Other TB’s in the area are fine! Never had an issue, but this one is right down the street and more convenient. Thx for listening, pics attached.
Edit: We dug into our food and wouldn’t you know, they obviously added some sort of chipotle sauce to my chicken quesadillas which DO NOT come with chipotle! I hate anything smoky! Especially chipotle! My goodness, it never ends! Never have these issues at any other TB! Also, how does it still show them at 3.5 stars??!! Almost every review is bad! 🤔

I approached a worker and asked if he could make me a drink since the drinks at the fill station were flat and there was no ice. He said he would get to it, asked the lady behind him who was barking orders at everyone if she was the manager and asked if she could help me get a drink. She responded with you need to ask the associate at the drive through window. I ordered in so I was confused. How am I supposed to know I need to ask for a specific associate for a drink. I told her if she was the manager that she should be able to operate everything if she was the manger. I was totally turned off by the customer service and would never say anything to a customer like that especially if you are the manager. Besides what she said, it’s really how you say it instead what you said. I would rate zero stars to her, I understand everyone was working hard and some were new so that rating is really for that manager

I'm tired of paying almost double what I was paying 5 years ago and receiving far less food and far less quality! Taco Bell has always been my favorite fast food restaurant but as of the past years it seems they absolutely don't care and This restaurant has been my final straw. What I received was unbelievably bad. The drink was melted, the food was cold stale, portion terrible barely had any substance. I just looked at it and thought no way anyone would spend $20 on this. It's time to give these ungrateful fast food companies the bird. They understaff the restaurants, they pay min wage while hiking the prices up on us, the quality continues to get worse because they buy the lowest tier foods supplies. Why should any of us continue to pay more for food that only gets worse? As far as I'm concerned Taco Bell can jog on.
Ordered ahead of time on the app and I was the only car in the drive-thru and they messed my order up so bad. Forgot the sauce, napkins, and then even the Chalupa that was part of the box. Good thing I noticed as I was in the parking lot because something seemed off because the dude in the drive-thru seemed like he could’ve been doing better things than working.
I came back inside and had to wait like 3 minutes before they even acknowledged me and then when I politely told them they were missing my chicken Chalupa, dude went back there (there was like 5 cooks back there) and had it made and then gave it to me like I messed his day up 😂😂😂😂. Come home and find out they put beef in the Chalupa after telling him it was a chicken chalupa, lmao.

Paid for chicken to be put in there instead of beef in the Nacho Cheese Doritos® Locos Tacos Supreme® And there was like almost none. And this wasn't the first time as well. I've left it be the few time but it's just consistent at this point. It’s the taco and quesadilla, man. They follow instruction but man, talk about the quality in service food.
Every time they just barely even put any chicken in. It's like I'm just biting into the shell. If I'm playing for extra then put the right amount, and I'm just getting use to the area as well. The one off of I-35, North Tarrant pkwy, and Harmon rd does a better job at portioning the chicken out.
