Food appeared to not be the warmest. Since I was sitting down to eat I decided to ask for fresh food. The manager Imelda was rude and disrespectful in an attempt to show her frustration before yelling at staff to drop fresh food. I honestly have never been more disrespected at a restaurant.

Service and food was always good at this location. Today it was the worst. Service was ok but not that great. Food was aweful. That burger was dead and fricking thee worst in a long time. I mean bad. Salads lacked for sure and I confirmed the order 2x before I left and the fries were NOT there. Really? How do you confirm twice and not there. Do you look. Apparently not! I’m so tired of less than service at other places but did not expect it at my Wendy’s go to. Ugh! Super dissatisfied. And they know you’re not going to drive all the way back there! Y’all need to step it up! But then again I probably won’t be back but do it for others plus it’s your job to satisfy. That’s what you get paid for!

This store has to be the slowest, most worthless store Wendy’s has in operation. Every time that I’ve been here they maybe have one person working. The inside door is always locked and it takes forever to order and get your food. Straight trash. Almost as bad as the Dallas mavericks. 🚮

Wait time is way too long for the three items I ordered, fries were cold and they forgot a burger (we understand it happens) but when asked if they could get us fresh fries they asked for the fries back threw them out and made us pull up past the window to wait again which was fine had they actually been fresh but they definitely put old fries back in the fryer.. I get it's annoying to have to drop fries at closing but damn, if you wouldn't eat that why serve it to others? I paid $20 for a hot mess... Wont be back after tonight.

Ordered 3 kid frosty waited was told to pull into parking spot . Had to drive back thru drive the person said what you didn't get your frosty was told I still had to wait . I just got my money back no time for games .
