this whataburger was very well organized and compliant i had a problem with my burger and they were fully understanding and able to help me with my problem. 10/10 service with nothing but smiles and a good vibe. i was in and out within 3 minutes.

This was one of the most disappointing Whataburger experiences I’ve ever had. While traveling back to Texas on a roadtrip, we stopped at this location in Fort Worth and waited close to 30 minutes for our order. During that time, we noticed that multiple customers, both inside the restaurant and in the drive-thru received incorrect orders. After waiting that long, we realized we were also missing items from our order.
I tried to speak with the manager to address the issue, but instead of listening, she was dismissive and repeatedly cut me off, saying, “What do you need? What do you need?” without allowing me to fully explain the problem. When I finally got a word in, she blamed being short-staffed, despite several employees standing behind the counter talking and huddled together. By the time we received our food, the fries were cold and soggy. After being on the road for over 8 hours, this long delay and poor-quality food was extremely frustrating and only added unnecessary time and stress to our road trip. I understand busy days happen, but dismissive management, lack of communication, incorrect orders, and cold food are unacceptable. Pick a struggle, it can’t be all of the things. Unfortunately, this stop in Fort Worth was a letdown and not the Whataburger experience we expected.

This is supposed to be fast food. I ordered 1 honey butter chicken biscuit, during breakfast hours mind you, and it's taking over 15 minutes!! Staff I interacted with were fine but overall awful service

I ordered ahead on my way to work in plenty of time to pick it up and be on time to work. However my order was ready a whole 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. I just won't ever order when I need to be anywhere.

Over priced over charged. Everyone in here is under 21. The manager is barely 21. They should explain all extra charges when taking the order. Some of us don't live here.. no napkins. Bathroom was disgusting, no paper towels because the dispenser is broken. Tables dirty floor dirty.. now I remember why I don't go to Whataburger..

This whataburger over here is great with customer service and the food is always fresh whenever I come the only days I would say that take the longest to get your food is Fridays through Sundays but any other day is good I recommend going to this whataburger if u want your food fresh

Hey Owner, the pavement/concrete drive to pull in and all around the building is AWFUL!!! Everyone should really be cautious to even come into this location. It will destroy your tires or alignment!!!
